OK this is late, now it’s March and the thread is old, but was the attorney for these 2 then same Bonnie Navin who had the 2011 or 2012 ripoff report complaint about us CoTHers? And who was going as donkeyman and/or beenthere on Coth? She became a lawyer sometime after she complained about Cothers. Google the misrepresentation to a federal judge as to the identity of donkeyman.
What barns did she manage and does she manage?

But apparently Bonnie Navins in some lawsuit told a federal judge she was not donkeyman, but was beenthere, not btdt. And then admitted she was donkeyman.
So by googling for something else entirely, I found Navin’s complaints about CoTH on the ripoff report site, and her legal suits.
I’ve not checked out her Martingale make that Martindale, autocorrect, Hubbell rating. MH keeps trying to get me to purchase a plaque with my rating even though I’m retired. I’d not hire her as her ripoff complaint sounded just like those off Nick P.

In defence of attorneys: An attorney must represent his/her client to the best of his ability. If every attorney could pick and choose only the cases they wanted to defend, the system would break down. And those attorneys need to take on big money clients in order to have a clientele.
That said, I could not continue to represent clients where were clearly guilty, so I left the litigation law firm I was employed by. But I was a junior associate, and did not have decades of commitment to my profession.

PLEASE ---- someone should confirm what they are saying. It appears that Bonnie Navin is a very good lawyer and no one wants to be a defendant in a libel suit. It is easy to speculate on COTH, but there is a limit to what can be said without proof.
So are they different people, Navins and donkey man and been there (not BTDT)? That is my question.
And since I don’t read the ripoff report web site unless told to do so, is the lawyer for the subject of this thread also the person who posted about Coth on the ripoffreport as donkey man? And is she the person in the federal case? There’s some info about the caselaw on googling. I was looking for the ripoff report by Peronace when I found the other info.

Well correct that. I went back and found the ripoff report about donkey man and it was the person who wrote the report that confused things. So whomever made that ripoff report made the allegations, and alleged some changed in names on CoTH.

I don’t know anything about the owner, only that the horse is no longer with Glefke/Farmer which seems like progress.
I see the suspension still stands for Farmer in the cocaine case anyway. 2 months.
