I’m having trouble too….im even a paying CMH customer and still can’t watch

I’m on my macbook (google chrome browser) and I had to login, then watch an ad, then “link” my USEF fan account to CMH. Now it seems to be playing correctly.
I was trying on my phone - swapped to my laptop and am in & watching.
I did this, but am still not able to watch … guess I will be calling USEF for help when they open in 10 minutes.

are you going thru USEF or CMH? I don’t have a paid subscription. I Just went to USEF and got right in. I have had trouble in the past.
Caroline had a nice test with high scores but she bobbled two changes and it knocked her down quite a bit.

I have a USEF fan membership and after logging into USEF, I follow the link to the watch live.
I’m also having issues. Am on a laptop and am stuck in the loop. Nothing happens when I click on link my USEF account and I’m stuck in the loop. Did anyone with that problem figure it out?
I’ve tried both ways so far and still can’t get access. Boo.
I saw an update that Twilightslastgleam didn’t pass the jog; does anyone have any updates? What a bummer. 
I’m encountering the SAME problems logging in (as I do every year - but like childbirth, one forgets the pain and horror once the event is over!) - part of the issue is that the USEF account was started in my DH’s name (he did that for me years ago), so though I thought?? I fixed all of that last year and moved the account to MY e-mail - it recognizes MY e-mail as being associated with the account, but won’t “allow” me to access anything unless I use DH’s e-mail.
And then they supposedly sent a link to change the password (AGAIN! 
) to HIS e-mail address - but he never got it.
So round and round we go. Shoot me.
Tried calling but they aren’t open for business yet; one more minute! I remember in past years that they were extremely nice and helpful - but I’m missing rides here…

I know Argyle isn’t going to win the 4* with Skyeler but my goodness what a good sweet boy and you could tell she just adores him. They looks so good together and I had a smile on my face the whole time I watched their test.

they must be swamped with calls. I was on hold for 5 minutes, then received message that my call could not be taken and sent to voicemail.

I always google “clip my horse usef login” and then go to the first result and log in from that screen - if I go to clip my horse and try to watch then try to link my usef account, it sticks me in a loop but going to that search always works for me.

Finally got it to work - for some reason it worked off of my older email instead of the one that is current with USEF.
I have to leave in about an hour for a vet appointment… I’m always nervous about re-logging in when it works for me the first time.
I’m really loving how beautifully turned out the horse and rider pairs look this morning. The weather looks nice too (so glad for everyone it’s not pouring rain!).
