Kentucky 2025

So looks like start time for the 5* is 1:20…40 rides, so approximately when would the last rider go - for those who are good at math?

I would love to just watch the entire thing now that I’m home, but I also need to go out to the barn and ride and all that stuff so I can’t really leave here by much later than 4:00.

The alternative is to just pay the $25 and watch it later, but…

James Alliston is there with Karma! She is by the same sire as my homebred mare and is pretty much her spitting image: true black, two little hind ankle socks, dish face, and a little fussy in the dressage ring :smile:

They are 10th out of the Start box!

Karma is my favorite horse in the whole field! You are lucky!

Thank you!

I got home just in time to see Diara go, watched to the end, then scrolled back to the beginning and just saw Ali and Little Hail’s run… amazing! I might scroll forward to watch Jessie Phoenix, Will Coleman, and maybe a couple others but I’m so pleased with what I’ve seen this morning!

if you look at the dressage start times on the left, the xc are on the right. I am in central time so they are starting at 12:30 about 15 minutes.

panicking as my laptop said “aw snap” error. restarted, then there was all sorts of strange beeping noises that makes me concerned that the hard drive is dying. restarted again, and it seems to be working.

please, just let it work for the next three hours …

there was a weird screen, but hopefully it will work. The cameras are on. No announcers yet.

It’s cold and raining here, and I can see out the window that my mare is coated in mud. It might stop in an hour so. I planned to ride this afternoon, but I may just stay where it’s warm and dry and watch the whole 5*

Whhhyyyyy does it keep raining every darn weekend here, while it’s bright and sunny when I’m stuck in front of my computer all week for work??

The feed just kept freezing up about every 30 seconds. It was so far behind that when Phillip was coming out of the start box on his second horse, his score had already been posted. I watched the Pope’s funeral this morning and the feed never froze.

The other thing is that I think they only really showed about 6 fences. At least it seemed that way.

Badminton has always been good but I fear it will be terrible this year with CMH.

Two things I’m excited about right now:

  1. I’m a huge lover of liver chestnuts with chrome, so Jarillo has my heart
  2. It looks like they have a good camera angle on the drop to the two cabin which I was really hoping for!

I’m not having any problems whatsoever with the feed and have been watching all morning. I’d recommend restarting your browser at minimum or even restarting your computer entirely to help clear memory. That solves my problems most of the time.

Boyd and Tim Price both going around this course 3 times within 2.5 hours, so maybe 30 minutes between completing one and starting the next.

they are both super experienced and super fit … but yikes, few could even think about doing that.

Boyd just said DiGrazia could “settle down a bit” when he was asked about the 5* course design

Is any one else having issues watching? I’m a used memeber and clipmyhorse won’t link to my account to watch :sob:

I am watching with no issue. But I had it all set up on my computer (thank god it remembered user name and passwords). I tried to watch from my phone this morning when I didn’t want to get out of bed (I’m in CA so PST time zone lol) and couldn’t get it figured out

Is it just me or does Bruno’s gallop already look like it’s laboring a bit at fence 8?

Corvett is raring to go!

Ok, I’m not an event person, just hunter/jumpers, but I also had that thought but thought maybe I just didn’t know what I was looking at. I also thought he looked a little slow with his legs over the couple jumps we saw but maybe that was energy conservation

He looks a bit like he’s moving in slow motion, which I don’t think is his usual style.
