The horse half jumped C and then she re-routed to the alternate, so that’s a 20.

I don’t know. But a circle would be crossing her line.
have to see what the judges say. She would probably get gigged for the half jump, then a circle, I think crossing your path is a no no.
This is so fun to watch, IDK why I scheduled myself to do a dressage show today

John Kyle keeps calling flag issues frangibles. I get that it just says “F” on the scoreboard, but the penalty number should indicate.

Janelle was smart enough to know that there was no chance of being inside the flag, and got a 20 to circle to next fence, rather than an E for continuing.

I like the Badminton and Burghley tickers better because they’re clear about flag, frangible, retirement, horse fall, and rider fall. I wish Kentucky could use something closer to that.

it does seem like there are fewer cameras today than last year. And I know they haven’t shown all the rides, but they hardly showed Boyd at all. And then hardly anything for Corvette.
JB pulling up half way around the course. I hope she is not planning to reroute to Badminton bc 6 minutes is almost a 4* course.
not sure if commentators said she would reroute to badminton or luhmulen (sp?)
