Landrover Kentucky 2023

I don’t. I was just dropping the list into a spreadsheet to get a count and I didn’t think to save it.

Yes, ditto!!

Bucks horse Sorocaima raced quite a bit!

Here is his Equibase page

Has anyone found a vendor list yet? I can find maps but it doesn’t have actual information on it, just booth numbers.

The vendor list is available on the map but it’s not exactly mobile friendly - if you look at any of the maps on a computer and select “All Event Exhibitors” it’ll give you the full vendor list on the side:

Ah that was my problem, I was on my phone. Tysm!

Does anyone know when they post the entries for the Grand Prix?

I see some riders on the 4* waitlist now. Do we think these riders will get moved off the waitlist? (I hope so!)

I would think so just because horses.

IM SO EXCITED I can’t wait for the fun to begin!

I was a little puzzled but at cursory glance, some of these horses are moving up to the 4* level. A few others had recent trouble at the level. So maybe that’s what they were bumped as entries filled.

I didn’t search all of them, just the ones I’m familiar with and saw that pattern.

Deadline for entries
Closing date for entries: CSI3* 21/04/2023 23:59 (UTC+00:00)

Last date for substitutions: CSI3* 28/04/2023 10:00 (UTC-04:00)

I am so exited to be going to the KY3DE this year! I am volunteering there for a couple of the days plus my adult kids just said that they want to come and watch which is very cool because they are not terribly horsy.

They want to see xc and SJ so I will need to pick up some extra tickets. I can’t remember the stadium seating setup for SJ and need to pick the seat section. I seem to remember that the upper seats are under cover and the lower sections are not. Is that right?

Can any LRKD3E veterans tell me if the Kentucky Club tickets for Saturday are worth it for $400 apiece?

So I’ve never done Kentucky Club tickets, and maybe it’s worth it if you aren’t able to walk the course and watch in person, but it sounds like a lot of money to spend on snacks/drinks/hanging out in a tent.

I’ve never understood why anybody pays for those. I guess it might be worth it if you’re more interested in sitting in one place and partying or socializing. But then I’ve never really understood tailgating at events either. I want to walk around and see more than one or two jumps. I’m not paying more money to see less or to watch it on a jumbotron.

Thanks! That was my inclination but I wasn’t sure if I was missing something. We’ll save the money and spend it in the trade fair instead!

Yes you want seats higher up and under cover.

Not a lot of international riders this year.

Never are at Kentucky but it is very classy bunch.

I second this. Realized last year that we should’ve sat about two rows higher to be fully protected by the overhang and factored that in when buying for this year. I think I figured out that anything above Row G in the upper deck is a safe bet.
