2014 Farmington Casual Summer Trail Rides

All are invited to join Farmington Hunt Club at our nearly bi-weekly fun trail rides, beginning Tuesday, May 20; Monday, Memorial Day; and thereafter just about every Tuesday and Sunday through Labor Day!

The rides are casual (helmets required), chatty, and green horse/novice rider friendly. Non-FHC members pay $10, but if you plan to come to many rides, a rate may be worked out for the summer. Potluck food and drink follow the rides, which leave at 9 a.m. from various fixtures and members’ farms. Virginia requires a Coggins certificate at any gathering of horses from different barns. Occasionally, another Club activity over the weekend might change a date.

The full schedule will be available at www.farmingtonhunt.org under the Events menu at right. Feel free to contact me if you would like to join us!

Cordially,

Martha Drum

P.S. We also have an active Facebook group, which non-members are welcome to request to join

Goshen Hounds is offering a variety of trail rides on weekends and mid-week in Maryland.

Though all rides are guaranteed to be fun, the highlight is sure to be our trail ride at Milkhouse Brewery on July 27th. A lovely ride around the property followed by craft beer tasting–what could be better?
