Live coverage of the National Hunter Derby

Who is covering the 2022 Nat’l Hunter Derby’s livestream this year?

According to USHJAs Facebook event, they are going to be covering it for free on ushja.org

Thank you!

Do you know anyone besides Clip My Horse (total rip-off and you cannot get rid of them-plus they are in another country making it extra hard- total scam)? I wanted to watch the Green Incentive and IHD Finals

The live stream is free on USEF Network this year, I believe. Or maybe free on ClipMyHorse via USHJA.

It is being streamed for free on clip my horse here: https://www.clipmyhorse.tv/en_US/live/12041

It was asking for payment info for me before it started this morning, but I’m watching free now (and watched yesterday). I think that is the only place though.

You can view it for free on the USHJA website, even though it is produced by Clip My Horse.

Does anyone know where you can find live scores online for Green Incentive and Derby Finals?

Anybody figure out where to find the time schedules?

What do you mean you can’t get rid of them? I’ve been able to pause my subscription twice with just a simple email. Despite them being overseas, it’s been paused within 24-48 hours of my request.
Quite frankly, for $160 or so annually, I find their content to be super useful. We watched the Grand Prix at WEC multiple times from home when it was too chilly to go in person over the winter.
Some of their instructional content is pretty interesting also, as well as being able to view some of the international games content on a US time schedule.

I have had no such luck - they just send me a copy of my “contract”-

I’m watching now and it seems like they just started the championship round of the 3ft-3’3’’. Anyone know who is commentating?

Maybe Sandy Farrell? At first I thought it was the British guy who comments on jumpers a lot, but I’m not sure. He sounds a little more Irish to me.

I was thinking he sounded Irish. She just described herself as a free lance rider and trainer who doesn’t do a lot of sales, so that would make sense.

Yes, it’s Sandy Ferrell.

Sandy Farrell was fun. Loved her humor about lead changes!

Okay question about this format. Does anyone have insight on why the 3’-3’3" horses jump 2 prelim rounds, and then a 3rd championship round for the top 30, when the 3’6"-3’9" horses only jump 1 prelim round and then a 2nd championship round for the top 30?

It seemed like a lot of the top horses had their best rounds in the first or second round, and then came out tired today (there was only a single score of over a 90 given in the entire top 30, and a lot of hind rubs).

I really enjoyed the dynamic between the two of them! Very entertaining, and Sandy was great. I hope she is doing Derby Finals too (I have no idea if she’s riding or not).

Maybe they figured the horses with less experience might need more time in the ring to get comfortable in there?

I didn’t see the earlier rounds, but most of them looked pretty relaxed today, with the occasional mistake that can happen to any horse.
