The app isnt showing today’s dressage-says its upcoming, though I am in the northeast US and dressage day 2 has BEEN going since 5:30. I’ve found the live feed on GoogleChrome on my hella laptop, but not on tablet or phone. I tried un- and reinstalling app with no luck. :no: Anyone else have this going on?
I’ve got the live feed on my loathed laptop but not on tablet or phone app. Laptop feed is choppy, while yesterday’s live feed on tablet was great. Choppy dressage is hurting my eyes, but at least I can follow.
Yup, Flash crashed on me so I switched to GoogleChrome. Better than nothing;)
Black screen on my laptop at the moment. The livestream was working very well, earlier–watched both Zara Phillips and Will Coleman.
The APP is not working on my iPhone, though yesterday, it did, and today phone still show the archived stuff, but nothing live.
Lotta hype about being able to watch on different platforms/devices, not coming to fruition, or…only sporadically, which is really disappointing.
Same here, watching on laptop not ipad. So annoying! I sent them an email, not sure it will do any good. I hope it is fixed in time for the Show Jumping!!
It’s not working for me either, on my phone or iPad. 
Nothing for me. No equestrian even showing up in the choices list.
Ok and now they have boxing listed under equestrian?!?
Eventing Nation says they are on lunchbreak. I was able to pull up the live feed on my laptop, but they aren’t broadcasting anything. Hopefully that’s the issue. I’ll check back around 8:30 when Phillip is supposed to ride.
I am also getting the “upcoming” message, even though you find it listed starting at 4am! And the timetable listings are strange - you can only find it at the line for the start time even though it goes for several hours, so it was a little hard to even find the listing. I hope this doesn’t happen for cross-country tomorrow!

App for my iPad and iPhone worked well until late yesterday. But when I tried to look at the dressage day 1 footage…nada. This morning is no better even after deleting and reinstalling app. Still shows day 1 (with no access to archived video) and live feed says “upcoming” …while I can see it live this morning on my desktop iMac (but choppy streaming). And by the way when I did access the dressage day 1 videos on my iMac it only had the last 7 rides starting with Andrew Hoy and no additional rides have been added since…though it did have running commentary from Ian stark and that other announcer fella Nigel who I think does Rolex KY
They also have Boxing listed under Equestrian for Live right now!?!?! I tried to contact them but I can’t even get that to work!?!?!
I did the updates last night and as of now it says I’m up to date?!
What are these “updates” of which you speak?
My life is dedicated to accessing Live Extra. I was FINALLY able to “authenticate” yesterday, but today I am right back to square one.
Actually I an farther back than that; I cannot even find the screen with the cable/satellite channels on it.
My feed is coming back up again, only on the Firefox browser, Safari is still dark. I would love to access the commentary, but can’t see a way to do it.
I get alerts when there is an update for any apps I have.
I was able to watch yesterday and the stream was much better on my iPad compared to my Mac. Today no luck despite deleting and reloading the app on the iPad. My Mac is in for repair now…UGH!!
If anyone gets the feed today on their iPad please tell us how you got it!
Liveextra was awesome on my iphone yesterday but today nothing. Very frustrating when you wake up at 5am to watch quietly under the covers. My husband thinks Im nuts praying it works for CC tomorrow my computer feed stinks!
We are not the only ones experiencing problems. If you’re on twitter, do a search on #nbcfail or #NBColympics. There are numerous problems with internet browsers and apps.
My macbook pro video seemed choppy so plugged in my Ipad yesterday. Then this morning there was an “update” for the app which I installed and couldn’t access the live stream at all! Back to the Macbook! There’s a widget at the bottom where you can control the kind of feed you’re getting 240, 360, 420 or HD - lowering the picture quality seemed to help the choppiness. But I’ll try installing google chrome too - maybe that will help.
