I don’t like KOC as commentator in the dressage as I feel like she never comments on the ride itself, just sort of chats about the rider - but I really enjoy her commentating on the XC, she’s really riding every stride right along with them.

No, under the time will beat over the time. It’s only closest to optimum if both riders are under the time.
