Oh 100%. I haven’t seen her set up (fell asleep before the replays of the 4* went up) but the way she rode it looked like she had too much on his face. In combination with the weather, footing and the course, I’m glad they just had a refusal.
Final horse inspection in ~15 min live streamed on Facebook

Any feedback on the lack of spectators? Like having a play with no audience. For the horses too, that “buzz” of a cheering crowd getting them a little jacked up. Seemed kind of sad and lonely at KHP yesterday.
I’m on the Land Rover FB page and am not seeing the stream. Am I blind?
Added: Never mind.
It looks like the FB livestream may be a scam…did not look trustworthy so I didn’t choose to give my CC #.
If it asked for a credit card, it’s definitely a scam. It’s free on the Facebook page.
Riviera Lu sent to the holding box in the 4* jog.
ETA: Accepted upon representation.
Liz and Hallie win Best Dressed IMHO.
I agree about Liz and Hallie being the best dressed, but what about the other end-showing up with holes in both knees and a floppy blouse? Didn’t look respectful at all.
This is legitimate and 5* starts at quarter til the hour.

I really love the announcer trying to get the crowd to join in
Cooley Master Class not accepted. He looked noticeably off trotting away from the camera.
do they normally ask the rider to come back without the horse to speak with the ground jury before saying the horse is not accepted?
Quantum Leap sent to the holding area.
Fernhill Signapore also to the hold. Very busy holding box vets this morning and some sore looking horses.
I missed that one. Thanks for adding! And I agree. They’re not looking the best.
Fernhill Singapore accepted upon representation.
Quantum Leap accepted upon representation.
Unfortunately I am not surprised. He had some rough jumps yesterday and I believe he lost a shoe? Either way his hind end was looking very unstable at times and the rest of his body was working overtime.
In comparison Emily’s Corvett looked fresh as daisy, lovely to see rookies doing well!
Paramount Importance looks ready to fly away!
