Whatever reason we will eventually hear for from ML as to why she was late to the start box, it will definitely be someone else’s fault.
Was anyone else late to the start box? It always seems to be that ML was the only one who has the problem (that she assigns as someone else’s fault).
Does their time start whether they are in the box or not?

That would make more sense to me. He just didn’t look that flat going into it to me. Like, the others you could see the fall coming, that one was a shock to me.
I feel like this is one of the first times I can specifically remember seeing Dom Schramm riding at a 5* (well or 4* if we go back to before that was a thing) and I’d gone to LRK3DE on XC day (and one stadium day) between 2013 and 2019 (ironically I didn’t plan to go at all last year and it got canceled anyway b/c COVID). Shame his round wasn’t better but great seeing him competing!
Oh no. They hung a leg over the second log at the last combination and went down that way.
Watching it the second time around, it also look like Boyd was really tired. He wasn’t staying with Thomas very well and looked like he was being dragged down a little bit.
I don’t think she was late. She did not ride that course fast. She was genuinely 1 min 11 secs over optimum time.
The commentators were being overly generous with their benefit of the doubt but what I understood from them was that due to various holds on course, she had a different start time so they weren’t sure if the clock was correct for her round.

oh yeah I know he fell at the log but they were saying that he slipped before that and had got off balance.
