Is anyone a TB pedigree guru? I have been looking for the lines of the mare he has on CL and according to what I can find that name does not belong to said mare… but my internet skills may just suck… Apparently 2002 mare grey Summer Storm by Lion Hearted. Won 78k on track per ad. IDK?
Also he has a new online alias, under the name of a nice pally mare that was purchased in April by a local man. Horse is from Indiana. Not hard to figure out since I had friends at that sale.
You guys need to get together and file a class action lawsuit. You can get into federal court on diversity of citizenship. Go talk to a good trial lawyer in the area of SC in which Thomson operates.

Based on some research about a similar case, I think the best way to go after this guy is by filing a complaint with the federal government. (What he’s doing is interstate fraud, and thereby a federal offense.) Here is the link:

I have made many attempts to contact equine.com but, no luck. Seems like this is his biggest audience they need to ban him.
As I said in my earlier post the braids, surcingle, infamous “Blue platic barrells” and round pen, music. .wmv video link, etc…Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out it’s the same person.
I am glad he upgraded his profession as a RN when I spoke to him he was a retired grandfather!!!

Last summer I emailed him and as soon as I told him I wanted to come see the horses he changed his tune. Suddenly they were sold or had firm offers. It was weird to say the least. I wish that someone would pursue action against him.
Everytime I see this thread is BACK up at the top I feel like Puking! After everything I have been thru with this guy, and really for no reason!
