Candillo Junior foal

I know it is late in the season, but looking for someone who would like to lease mare for Candillo Junior foal. Looking to place mare for season. Have the breeding and will get mare pregnant if someone is interested. She has already had a beautiful foal by this stallion now a yearling. Mare is 16.2 hh thoroughbred Deright Surprise - old fashioned breeding inbred to Fair Play if I remember right. Foal can be seen on stallions website. Her name is Cami If interested, pm me. Have too many and transitioning to a farm.

Also have a mare that I would like to try to get in foal to Checkmate - She is by Online - Concorde x Argentinus. Smaller mare at 16.1 hh, just getting under saddle, have pictures

Hi! I am interested in information on both of your mares. What type of lease are you looking for, offsite or on also what are the prices involved. I am most interested in your mare by Online for a Checkmate foal. What type of strength and weakness do the mares have? Have they ever competed themselves? Look forward to hearing from you!

Kelly

TB mare in Illinois - producer of all Elites/Premiums

TB mare available for lease or re-home to Fantastic home only. 17 years old, 16.3 hands, Bay. Has produced all Elite or Premium foals.
Approved Selle Francais, GOV and Trakenher.
Catches on first breeding. Last couple of foals have been produced with difficult frozen. Great broodmare. Has always produced great minds and big bone!
The right loving home for this mare is a must. We have owned this mare since she was 3 years old. If you are interested please contact us. We have retired from breeding for health issues.

A feminine, very pretty short coupled 10yo (sooty?) bay, 15.3 – 16hh TB mare by Waquoit. Pedigree: http://www.sporthorse-data.com/d?z=pfclOq&d=cinamazing&x=43&y=12

Cinamazing (aka Holly) is an ex-CANTER cutie. From what I determined, by the time she arrived at our farm as a mere 4yo this mare had been through terrible events and twice narrowly escaped slaughter:( : An ownership kerfuffle and a small bow (now completely healed and undetectable) saw her slaughter bound initially, where she was noticed and picked up by Ohio State University for their veterinary faculty. There they conducted experimental surgery on her, i.e. created roaring artificially with the idea to try reverse/repair surgery, which failed. Apparently these horses are subsequently euthanized but Holly’s disposition and sweet face must have saved her, again: The staff snuck her out the system and placed her with CANTER to re-home. At a fast gallop you can hear roaring but other than that she’s 100% “finer 'n frog hair” to retrain and ride at a more serene pace!

Holly is transparent and uncomplicated in character and her pretty face and big brown eyes peeking over her stall door aren’t a hardship, either. Judges with the German Oldenburg Verband (GOV) were knowledgeable and complimentary on Holly, her pedigree and her 2007 Coromino colt. Just four of 13 foals went Premium, including him being the only TB cross and the only jumper foal. Both her babies (the gelding is now a strapping 17hh while her 2009 Apiro filly is on track to finish approx 16.2hh) are lovely horses, pleasing to look at and be around, and both were backed as 2yo youngsters, demonstrating their tractable characters.

Since her two foals, Holly has been chief babysitter, strict disciplinarian, gentle pasture pom-pom and dedicated supervisor. She’s a delight to own but we have to keep our numbers under control and are not using her for breeding anymore. By next year I will have three horses to train, four to ride and two other broodmares that will be ready for breeding so she doesn’t have a job, anymore.

She has text book inseminations, no issues during pregnancies, entirely fuss-free deliveries and a brilliant mother. She is a very easy keeper – like a warmblood - and right now she’s downright portly on pasture, only. Her hooves are excellent, virtually permanently chip or crack-free and she wears them down evenly. She is fully up to date in a care routine for teeth, vaccines, as well as feet and deworming.

Thanks for reading this “book”!!
I am in possession of her JC papers and her GOV passport. Please, only serious enquiries.

Sept 2012 update: Just had this gal in the roundpen after YEARS of broodmare life. Good heavens. She was ‘on the button’ with everything. Hopped on her and did some trotting and she was perfect and seemed so content to be doing something. I’m sooo proud of her!

Hi- I was wondering if you had any luck leasing your mare out for breeding? I am looking to do the same thing with my mare and I was wondering what you ended up doing with your mare?

Thanks!

My mare needs a year off to recover from some chronic ligament injuries. I’m considering breeding her myself unless someone would like her on a free lease. She showed hunter baby green before her ligament injury and over the last two years began schooling dressage, training level 2, showing Tr.

Holsteiner/TB available for free lease in California

I have an 11 year old, 16.2 Holsteiner/thoroughbred jumper mare by LioCaylon (wildturkeyfarm.com) available for lease. She has thrown two beautiful foals with solid temperaments.

She is scopey, well balanced with a large step. She is not registered Holsteiner; however, she is approved through Oldenburg/ISR and had a premium foal in 2009.

I am looking to do a free lease for 2013. I have pictures and videos of both the mare and her most recent foal, who is currently 3 years old and started under saddle.

The mare is sound and currently leased out for jumpers in Northern California. I would also be willing to lease her out to be ridden. I am very open as long as it’s a good fit! Please PM me if interested. Thanks!

I’m looking for a Hanoverian or Oldenburg mare for free breeding lease. Located in Florida.

At the Oldenburg GOV Inspection our mare was entered into the main mare book.

She is a 9 year old TB by Sword Dance, her jockey Club name is Run Around Gal, her grand mom, was broodmare of the decade, she is lovely.

We have decided not to continue breeding and she is an excellent mare, very easy around the barn and very fertile. She has had 2 foals.

Here is a link to pictures of our mare and the Apiro colt:

http://community.webshots.com/album/583455222uBYmBX

Please let me know if you or if you know of anyone interested in taking our mare for breeding. I have her original JC papers and full vet records, she has not had any lameness or illnesses since we’ve owned her, We bought her we she was 3 turning 4 years old.

We took her to Upperville Horse Show the year after she had her first baby, a filly by Popeye K and she won the broodmare class and retired the trophy for the lady who lease her for the show! That is her only show record or show ever!

Her first foal is D’Lovely who we campaigned as a yearling and was reserve champion horse of the year, you can see her USEF record under D’Lovely SSF and my name as owner.

Thanks, Liz

Breeder seeking 1-2 broodmares for spring.

Established show facility with small, proven breeding program, two mares currently in foal for late 2013 foals, is seeking two more registered Warmblood, or studbook approved broodmares for consideration, to breed in early spring 2013. Candidates should be over 16 hands, of good breeding and temperament, in or near Florida, strong bloodlines with Grand Prix jumper or proven hunter horses in their pedigree. Sorry, not interested in costly “dirty” mares or difficult breeders. Will provide a excellent home with grass turnout and stabling, proper care and references, including veterinary. Adopt or lease. Please email privately with information. Thank you.

Looking to lease for breeding to Judgement ISF

We took the advice offered on this forum last spring (well, sort of…long and expensive story) and didn’t breed our Alla’ Czar mare to Judge. She’s now out in Arizona with my daughter happily getting back to work. So…

I have a breeding to Judgement ISF for 2013 and am looking to lease a suitable mare. Great care at our awesome low-key farm in North Carolina. Great pastures and tons of TLC! Right now we have one Hanovarian (EM Wolkendame) in foal to Rubignon and a pony babysitter. That takes care of dressage …now for a super jumper prospect! Maybe in two years we’ll get our Alla’Czar girl back for that Hunter superstar.
