Whatever the rules may say, I have never, ever, not once seen a human tested for drugs at a USEF national competition. Maybe it’s happened, but I’ve never seen it. I’ve seen horses tested many, many, many times. Never a human.

I am thinking that not many national shows are going to pay a medical professional to be on site to manage the specimen collections. And if the tests aren’t administered by a trained/licensed medical professional, it could make it much easier to challenge the results.

It’s unusual enough to see them test horses, never mind humans. I’ve seen a lot of horses tested over the years, but looking back on it and trying to come up with a percentage, I’m guessing I have seen testers at probably less than 10% of the USEF horse shows I’ve attended.

There are some shows that are more likely than others to have testers, especially if it’s a major competition, of course. But overall, it’s certainly not something that I’ve seen at every horse show, by any means.

The value of the system is the randomness. You never know when your horse might get tested at any show.

I do remember being very surprised when the testers turned up at a pretty obscure one day B or C show many years ago. But the show was right up the road from a vet school, so I wonder if it was more of a learning exercise for the vet students. Lol.

Did the elf dentist actually go to dental school or did he just read that book? He was doing dental extractions at the end. Is he licensed to do that?

Elf licensing seems to be a very simplified process due to the ample availability of Christmas magic to heal things.

MB was indicted by a grand jury on all the charges, correct? So your YT criminal defense lawyer is saying that the grand jury issued an indictment regarding attempted murder of RG based on “no evidence”? I trust the grand jury system more than I trust your

A Grand Jury only sees a one sided argument from the Prosecutor alone. Then they indict or the don’t. Being indicted in no way assigns guilt. It doesn’t measure guilt. The prosecutor usually wins on the indictment unless he drops dead or something.

Of course an indictment does not assign guilt.

The indictment is a judgement as to whether the prosecutor has enough evidence to warrant the case going to trial. A grand jury would not issue an indictment based on “no evidence”.

No, I agree with what was just posted by grand juries. I think prosecutors don’t attempt to bring cases they have no hope of winning, and don’t bother presenting a case to a grand jury unless there is some chance it would result in conviction.

Maybe because they - unlike the prosecution’s two “star witnesses” - are empathetic and caring people, who recognized that a good and decent member of society had been targeted and preyed upon by drug addict grifters who were aided and abetted by an equally callous parent who - as a retired attorney - should KNOW BETTER and should certainly BEHAVE BETTER.

But they could be all these things without deciding that if they didn’t protect the defendant, no one else would.

Well obviously, YOU don’t think YOU would try to help protect a sympathetic defendant against proven predators. That certainly says a lot about you.

Thankfully many other people do not share that sentiment.

I am betting great odds that A LOT more than what was let in during the criminal trial. And the bombshells may not be for who has been saying there are going to be bombshells.

I want to know what was very quickly mentioned in the criminal trail about the day after the shooting about JK/IM and RG going back to the farm and their interaction with MHG. I was led to believe that MHG was threatened by one or both of them.
