You know it is Christmas season here in the South, and everybody and their brother has beautiful, collector’s edition Case knives on sale. It is a tradition and many just increase in value over the years.

No, @BigMama1, I have never, ever, not once posted false information “despite knowing it’s false”.

I may misremember, I may be wrong, but I have never knowingly posted false information.

How many times now have you posted that MB called 911 because LK wouldn’t sign a document? False. And you know it because numerous people have told you it’s false. Some have even helpfully directed you to the precise testimony which confirms it. And yet you continue to make that false claim.

I provided you screen shots of many things in a past thread, that you promptly ignored, clearly.

Yes, I remember. You’d claim he said “yadda, yadda, yadda”, and then when the screenshot came up, it would turn out he had actually said something different.

Don’t bother with screenshots on my account. I’m not aware of anything he’s said that’s been clearly refuted.

Edited to add, I’d say pretty much everything about IM’s comment has been proven wrong.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for a response from her regarding this IM screenshot. When proof is put in front of these people, they disappear or deflect with whataboutisms.

I don’t believe IMs statement that USEF knows the identity of everyone. That does not sound believable.

I believe that USEF may have paid some attention to several orchestrated campaigns complaining about LK, and may have liased with SS on how the 750 page file submitted by MHG on Aug 6 fits in with the SS investigation of MB shooting LK the next day, and how it fits in with the SS report filed by LK. All three things are related— LKs SS report on MB, MHG and MBs attempt to get LK a lifetime ban from USEF, and the shooting. All three involve both USEF and SS.

I would not want to have filed a massive complaint on an adult amateur rider who was then sensationally shot the next day by my boyfriend and employer.

The latter. I may be giving him too much credence here, but I am willing to bet Schellhorn recognized that her paranoid assertion that it was a “death warrant” was a pile of poop.

I admit to any incorrect statements I’ve made when they are specifically and convincingly pointed out to me.

Someone simply saying “You’re wrong”, or “That’s false” doesn’t change my view at all.

In fact, I tend to think that if someone has a convincing counter argument, they spell it out instead of resorting to the vacuous “Wrong”.

I reiterate, I have never, ever, not once posted something that I knew was false.

It was suggested I think yesterday you watch that regarding the 911 call you are insisting was from them not signing papers. Have you watched it yet? I have to assume not because you are still spreading incorrect information, that was covered in the trial. You making up what happened is saying more about you than I think you would like it to. Maybe go watch the testimony.

Yes, I did watch the RC testimony. Regarding threats made to MB, she first said that RG stated that he would not permit MB to control the care of LKs horses.

Bilinkas insisted on refreshing RCs memory regarding what she said to the police on Aug 7. In the police report on Aug 7, RC stated that RG said something like “I’m going to take you down”.

That was not in the police report on the Aug 4 911 call, as far as I am aware.

Where were you able to see the Aug 4 police report? I would love to see it.
