I cried when I accidentally pulled of a spider’s leg when attempting to relocate it to a different corner of the room.

I am first to admit that I have no idea what I would be capable of if someone threatened my child’s safety or my custody of my child. I know I’d throw myself in front of a bus of I thought it would save his life. I could imagine a scenario where I would critically injure someone if needed.

My thoughts exactly. You just don’t go after someone’s livelihood and children and expect zero repercussions. The things I’d do for my own would be absolutely savage.

Replying to self… I now want to go back and watch other testimony about common spaces, Lauren’s locker, where conversations were held, and the recording devices… because if anything, that video made me realize how vast that club room was. Seems unlikely Lauren’s “locker recorder” could have recorded ANYTHING from the clubhouse or office.

I seriously don’t think there is a device on the market, let alone at a Home Depot or Lowe’s, that would pick up a conversation from the locker in a helmet to the office with a closed door. Fortunately, they can find the model she used and test the device’s capabilities.

It doesn’t matter what she said or doesn’t say because there’s no such thing as a “legal role in the business” outside of being an owner or key employee, which are legal definitions.

She rode, trained, competed and did god knows what else to support the business.
All these activities bring revenue to a horse business. You ride (train) client horses, that’s $$. You teach clients, that’s $$. You bring up horses that go on to sell, that’s $$. You compete and win, that’s not only prize $$, but $$ earned by attracting clients, owners and sponsors.

^ this is as much a role in the business as any other.

It would be completely typical for an owner’s romantic partner to be working in or for the business but not be a compensated employee. The endless fixation on MB’s perceived financial troubles and divorce is frankly super weird.

I think it’s one of LK’s main, delusional arguments. That MB desperately needed LK financially (ha) and lured the precious thing into a trap. LaLa tried to repeatedly make the claim that she was essentially forced to come to this farm, as if she didn’t willingly move in and bring her horses herself. Absolutely no accountability.

I think to her it was a bait and swap. She already had a really good trainer. She left for him.

I wonder if they were like, wait, wait…if I get shot on the farm by the owner, the insurance company has to compensate me, doesn’t it? So all we gotta do is set Michael up to make it look like he shot me, and we’re golden, right? We get money, he loses everything!

That’s why she didn’t want to sign any more liability wavers. That’s why she wanted access to his office, to get rid of any waiver she already had signed. No, no, no! No liability waivers! If there were waivers, in her tiny mind, then “he could shoot me and not be responsible!”

She must have already planned to have him set up to make it look like he shot her.

I also noticed something very very interesting. Its a very well written filing. Nagle’s filings were clear, intelligent, and lucid until recently. What gives with that? Makes me think more and more that JK made some of those horrible mistake-ridden filings on Nage’s behalf. Would he have been able to do that behind Nagle’s back? Why would Nagle accept such filings on his own behalf? I still can’t understand the nearly drunken filings Nagle made of late. Very very wierd.

JK threatened MB with an arduous legal process. LK confirmed that she had to force MB to allow her to live there (enforce contracts that were in writing with recorded backup) when coming back to NJ in her manifesto. You enforce contracts by engaging in an expensive arduous legal process (aka a lawsuit).

Now, the real question, what was the real agreement MB made. Since your standard of believability is LK said, why exactly are you so determined to ignore what LK said? You also seem to be very determined to ignore the many references LK made to having been recording everyone’s conversations.
