Right! Several days ago I mentioned 2 posters by name and one name escaped me at the moment so I entered a cute little name in place of the real name. Well, can you believe someone became offended and flagged that post and the moderator had to correct the name??!!! Goodness, talk about thinner skinned! The Kanareks always had a very good time with my user name and I was adult enough to ignore their terms of endearment.

Well, I laughed at the cute little name so it wasn’t me who flagged it.

I don’t doubt for a second that you and your buddies here don’t like my posts, but describing them as “fractious” is about as over the top as whoever said my posts are “overly aggressive”. There is a large group of people here who like to get hugely melodramatic when someone posts something they don’t like. A great example is when you jumped all over me the other day for “defending the Kanareks” when I have never done any such thing. Someone else did the same thing yesterday. Unless I praise Michael Barisone, you and your friends aren’t going to like my posts, and I just don’t find anything about him worth praising.

So, I actually do agree with some of the things that you say, but your style is generally fractious and overly aggressive. It’s really not because you post things that I don’t like (only speaking for myself here), it’s just that your tone is straight up nasty and aggressive most of the time… Or maybe just defensive? I don’t know. It’s entirely possible that you don’t realize this, but there’s a history of this and I’ve tried to give you the benefit of the doubt previously.

I have not seen you recently (in my short term memory) defend the Kanareks, and you’re not required to praise Michael Barisone. I don’t. If you have thick enough skin then just don’t give a toss about EB and her friends

Actually, I have 78 laptops all logged in under all these user names and I spend my day posting random posts based on the personality in control!

I am sorry, but this post needs further descriptions, maybe its own thread. One can not post about bear encounters and not give the stories. I assume we are not talking about at the zoo

I mean, I’ve had one pop out of some woods merely 10 ft away from me while I was riding my bike on a trail. We just both looked at each other and carried on with what we were doing. Similar occurance with a baby bear, and I knew mum would not be too far off, but I didn’t want to seem frantic, so I calmly peddled away.

I was involved in some wildlife event thing and got licked on the face by a wolf and touched a bear. They were mostly tamed creatures. They belonged to a sanctuary.

I’ve also just seen them around, and we just don’t bother one another. All of these have been black bears, which are pretty mellow, IME.

Here’s the change. This change was noted in the proposed Amended filing that was approved, and then apparently got overlooked when filing last week, so now it’s in there the way it was proposed.

When changes like this are made to court filings, is it required to provide justification for the change and proof that the change is true? In other words, were Michael’s lawyers required to explain why they changed his residence from NJ to FL, and did they have to provide proof that he does indeed meet the requirements for FL residency?

I doubt they have to prove his residence is Florida instead of NJ just to stipulate that claim in the filing. The other side will probably contest it in the trial.

I wonder in which state he’s registered to vote, and which state he spent more time in.
