Here:
I was recalling a long discussion involving the definition of nuance with a banned poster who tended to fly into rages and tell us how immature everyone was. I found it ⊠interesting⊠that Rubyroo chose that word that was mentioned in another post and highlighted it.
Ah, I see. Thanks.
Angela_Freda:No, you donât have that right.
Itâs about nuance.
No, eviction is not a secret, but itâs certainly an escalation.
LK herself would school you on the legal difference between the two, asking/telling her to leave and eviction, as per her blue suede shoe chipped fingernail law firm ⊠but sheâs not here, soâŠIf the difference isnât obvious, well Iâm not sure how to help you.
Lol based on this post you shouldnât be trying to school anyone on nuance.
I dropped that word wondering if theyâd go with it.
Because I remembered that previous, now banned poster. They loved to snidely suggest no one understood the nuances of the case like they didâŠ

Knights_Mom:Put me on ignore. Your problem is solved.
[/quote]I guess my post was too nuanced for you to understand.
Hmmm⊠I recall another discussion a while ago now about nuance
A fervent THANK YOU Mod 1!!!
I feel like the next rude poster with a user name that starts with R is going to get a very cold welcome here. Lol.
How about it was actually a lease fee? And that she leased Jay-T specifically to get the scores for her Bronze medal?
Thatâs the only thing that makes sense to me.
I am assuming they had/had so many days to submit an answer probably denying numbered paragraphs --but I am not an litigatorâŠ(Sorry 500 post laterâŠcant keep up :))
CurrentlyHorseless:Why would she have trouble contesting it? What difference does it make whether he stipulated Florida as his residence in the original filing as opposed to his amended filing?
Latches, i think? I donât really work in this area, but if you have a chance to contest something in a lawsuit and you donât, generally youâre SOL if you try to bring it up later. But it dependsâŠ
The second question i donât understand. MB isnât stipulating to anything, just stating his residence as is required in civil proceedings? For the purposes of the complaint it makes little difference, heâs not contesting NJ jurisdiction.
I understand heâs not contesting NJ jurisdiction for the trial. . She claimed a bunch of things in her complaint and he denied most of them in his answer.
Why would she contest any of issues of fact prior to the trial starting?
On adding an additional countercharge, she contested his adding an additional countercharge this point. The judge has ruled he can introduce the additional countercharge but the issue of whether itâs valid or not does not come up until the trial. Surely she will contest the validity of the new countercharge, along with the old ones, when the trial starts.
Per state of Florida tax records, it appears that MB has not yet established a homestead exemption in Florida. Google says his primary residence for the last 20 years is HH. Iâm going to guess he is in the process of applying for a Homestead exemption in Florida as he may no longer own property in New Jersey.
Also, I believe his earlier filings all claimed his residence was in NewJersey.
I do not think this was a mistake. I think it is simply a correction that since he no longer owns property in New Jersey and does in Florida, he is changing his state of residence.
MHG testified that they went to Florida in October/November (before winter) and returned in April. It sounds like it was kind of a 6 month rotation depending upon convenience and weather. Someone may know if their schedule was more set than that.
MB can be conditionally released from being institutionalized if the judge is convinced he is no longer a danger to himself or others. That determination is not only by the mental health professionals, it is a decision by the court with the safety of the public under consideration.
The supervision of that I think has to be transferred to and accepted by the receiving state.
I refer everyone to the earlier links on New Jersey State vs Krol 1975 and New Jersey State vs Fields plus New Jersey guidelines for involuntary commitment and New Jersey state law.
Oh well if Google saysâŠ
On the bright side at least we know the next K angle.

Link?
The taxes on that place is insane. I didnât realize how high property taxes are there!
If they donât tax income, gotta tax something!

My word!!! If ANY of the IEM ever searched such personal information about Lauren or any Kanarek, you would suffer the vapors! Look at you trying to dig dirt! How charming.
I wonder why you are so very, very invested in what becomes of Michael Barisone? Why do you care? What skin is it off your nose if he is released to Florida, New Jersey, Timbuktu or anywhere in between?
The only thing of paramount importance is keeping Lauren Shay Kanarek, Robert Guy Goodwin, Jonathan ? Kanarek, and Kirby Bryant Kanarek far, far away from him.

Yes, and there was a hearing on the topic of all the aspects that Laurenâs lawyer did not agree with. That item was not brought up by them. There is a public record of what was discussed and decided at that hearing.

What I want to know is, what does one type into Google to know what a personâs primary residence is?
(I ask this because I know that filing for a homestead exemption is a tax thing and is not required for the property to be your primary residence.)

Exemptions, homestead, over 65, etc. are typically shown on the tax documents in the appraisal districts. They are typically online along with voting registrations but can be requested to be private in some jurisdictions under different scenarios such as stalking.
I would think that Florida would not be giving voter registration cards to people who are not residents.
