I guess next the K’s will sue Bilinkas and Deininger and Silver for besmirching their reputation. And Twitter, and L&C, and YouTube, COTH, Andreas Helgstrand (and Mark Bellissimo for that matter). Maybe they will add internet service providers to the lawsuit, for providing the technology that allows the world to see what utter scumbugs that entire family and its minions are. Oh, what about makers of mobile phones, tablets, PCs, etc., etc.? Sure, why not sue Apple and Samsung and Google and Microsoft. They could even sue the FCC. Hey, how about USEF and SS? Wow, even Congress (for setting up SS). My God, the possibilities are endless!

And for anyone wondering why MB didn’t file eviction, HERE is your answer.

No one wants to piss of the Ks once you learn who they are, especially if you have a business and reputation to protect, bc it’s going to get very very ugly while they come for you and it doesn’t matter that you are 100% correct in your position. They know this and weaponize it.

CBS has much deeper coffers than MB and SGF, and my bet is the K-Klan assumes CBS will roll over and settle just to get them out of its hair. And then they will have a nice fat bankroll to continue going after MB/SGF.

I seriously doubt CBS would “roll over”. If a suit were filed (I seriously doubt it will be), I think they would defend the hell out of it.

For the poster who does not understand how boarding operations work… the profit comes from training fees, not from boarding. There is a reason boarding operations are closing all over the place - it’s not a profitable venture.

It was testified to that the $5,000 was for training board (meaning that included lessons and pro rides).

At $5,000 for 4 horses (nevermind the two humans and canine)… that $1250 each typically has to cover, for board alone:

• share of mortgage & taxes (or “dry stall” lease)
• share of insurance
• share of electricity
• share of general property maintenance
• share of overhead (administrative, billing, scheduling)
• bedding
• hay (let’s say 2/3 of a $7.00-$8.00 bale per day in 2019)
• feed (hay stretcher, beet pulp, grain)
• labor (muck, feed, water, turnout, blanketing, etc)

Aside from the first two, which are fixed regardless of the number of horses on property, the presence of those four horses costs money - yes, even in increased electricity usage (particularly in winter), and property maintenance (wear and tear from said horses).

$1250 for that area of NJ is at best, a break even for board only. Tack on lessons and pro rides for each horse and it’s absolutely losing money. If shows were included in the sum, even moreso.

The best part of this, to me, is that she chose not to talk about MB, or the whole incident.

Ok, she had the opportunity to get whatever she wanted known out there in the world, and God knows she repeated ad nauseam that 48 Hours was going to love her recordings and 48 Hours this, that and the other thing. So, along comes 48 Hours, and she declined to do any of those things she boasted far and wide she was going to do on that platform.

And, now she’s threatening to sue them.

But at least she was able to pass along that extremely useful information about bowing to horses to the whole world.
