MB CIVIL SUIT UPDATE #10 K’s Request to Adjourn (delay) DENIED 11/01/22

What is she talking about, 48Hours didn’t read the fine print…rules… Etc?

If you’re sharing the truth… Why are you worried?
If you wanted to tell your story, why didn’t you answer questions?

I am guessing that the contract that was signed was a contract made by the 48hours people. So it was their fine print.

I’d suggest inside ones eyelids.

She reported him. He reported her. He shot her. It gives credence to her reports. Now if he had evicted her with the 3 day disorderly conduct (which per people who claim to know takes a little longer because there is a wait time to get a judge to sign), obtained a court order, had the police escort her off premises with the court order, and filed a restraining order against her, called the police if she showed up again so they could then actually legally do so, he could turn all that over to USEF.

Instead, in the downward spiral of bad decisions, he decided to ruin her chances of competing at FEI level, filed reports with non law enforcement agencies instead of anything that would help him.

This was tit for tat, a great competition of who could make the worst decisions. I suspect the civil trial jury may see it that way too.

Did you miss the part where he called law enforcement over and over again and they did nothing to help him no matter how much he begged for help?

The average citizen often does not know much about law. You might be surprised that many attorneys don’t much about other types of law they don’t usually practice.

I can’t tell you how often my fellow civil servants would get snooty with a lawyer asking a bunch of questions. Many times a lawyer would take a fee from a client to do something without a clue on how to do it. Said lawyer would then come to us clerks who would have to teach them and walk them through it.

Now don’t get me wrong, clerks LOVE telling lawyers what to do. It’s a big part of the job. But you know when it’s going south because the clerk uses the word “counselor”.

In clerk world “counselor” translates to “you f***** moron” in case you were wondering LOL

That being said, law is so expansive there’s no shame in not knowing something. There are tons of stuff I don’t know.

In that light I don’t get people trying to pass as the all knowing oracle of law when even law professionals aren’t all knowing.

Ruined her chances to ride FEI? No. She could still ride FEI if she put the work in.

Also he contacted law enforcement multiple times so that doesn’t ring true.

This concludes the delusional portion of our program.

I believe she now claims to ride at an even higher level than she did before so being shot ruined nothing per her own words.

And to ride FEI you can’t be on drugs. Which is not a Michael problem.

And both these things have been discussed here, complete with screen shots, so it is strange that certain posters like to pretend they are not true.

Um, someone please point me in the direction of the evidence Michael Barisone shot ANYONE! Mkay? There is none, so please stop with the very tired mantra of Michael shooting anyone or murdering anyone or, he!!, even HITTING anyone! I’ve been patiently waiting for over 3 years and no one, absolutely no one has come forward with evidence or that miracle video recording of the actual events! And no, I don’t take the word of a lying drug addict, goof off, man servant for anything! He was in total survival mode protecting himself from very serious assault charges and would have said it was snowing if he thought it would help HIM.

Somewhat a sidebar - here’s a couple recent examples of evictions going wrong. Sometimes doing the right thing still blows up badly.

During my time in landlord/tenant we’ve had several murders and detectives coming in to get copies of the file and speak to me/us. I remember 3.

I hope dressage barns are paying attention.
Associate with her and you eventually will be next.
She claimed her horses were neglected and at risk at HH.
There’s no evidence that this is true.
Don’t think she won’t do the same, over nothing, to you.
