Here’s the break down for you: LK having access to the office, recording conversations in the office (was the safe combo ever said out loud?), suggesting she can forge signatures and create fake documents in the office, and sneaking around to access the barn at all hours of the night (noticing the dryer was on after everyone was already asleep?), and taunting the gun’s owner about it not realizing it was missing…suggests to me she had the means and opportunity to take the gun from the safe prior to the shooting.

Except both impeached themselves on the stand! There is NO evidence of who shot Lauren.
“Grassy-knoll-ish” or not, I personally don’t take the word of two known liars who made a diabolical plan to destroy someone. How unfortunate the MCPO did such an incompetent job of collecting forensic evidence. As a result many of us will always have questions knowing the people involved.

They aren’t his private enforcers. They needed an eviction order signed by a judge or someone disturbing the peace while they were there, a crime or a court order.

He said in the interview for 48 hours he remembered getting the gun out of the safe, and then nothing after that.
I know a lot seem to want to deny he shot LK. I just find it absurd, personally.

The entire criminal trial is on YouTube. Who had the gun. Who had mysterious ammo. Who was angry and upset. Who rummaged through the safe and drove to the farm.
It’s ok to have your interpretation of what you heard of the trial. It’s not ok to keep telling other posters to stop posting or STHU.

There is definitely truth to “birds of a feather, flock together”. However, without an established hierarchy, the flock is VERY combustible. My assessment would of this flock is that JK is the leader, LK is his pupil, KK and RG are in supporting roles. Unless LK challenges JK for the leader role, all will be fine. Right now they are all aligned - at least outwardly.

Except the jury found the prosecutor met the burden of proof to the highest standard, beyond a reasonable doubt, that MB committed the act that would otherwise have been a crime except the defense met the burden of proof by a preponderance of evidence that MB was insane at the time.

MHG wrote a text saying LK could never ride FEI because of something MHG did?
MHG is not the only person to file a report to SS regarding LK. As of yet, no action has been taken against LK, therefor she could absolutely ride FEI if she wanted. Or are you saying her plan was to prevent LK from showing FEI? Genuine question, I truly am having memory issues. (Last night it took me an hour to remember the first three digits of my SSN)

I believe that is your read on their testimony.
I didn’t give LK’s memory of the actual shooting much credence as I figured that was mainly medically drug induced PTSD nightmares.
RG sounded credible, though appearing to resent at being there.
Both said approximately the same basic scenario. He came. He started shooting. RG stopped him. LE arrived.
