No he didn’t. He said he didn’t remember anything from just before CPS arrived. He said he “was told” what he did after that. Which may or may not be true.
I hope you’re not talking about me? I’ve been commenting here and there to clarify some of the legal proceedings throughout the trial and after affects.
You can both think LK is a horrible person and that MB shot her. They are not mutually exclusive. You can think that MB should not be in prison given the circumstances and also that he did the commit the act he was accused of.
They only found 2 shell casings. LK was hit twice. RG could have been mistaken that a round was aimed at him. Something leaving holes like bullets would went through the windows.
I can easily see the jury having a reasonable doubt about RG being correct about MB also shooting at him.
Maybe it’s just me, but opening a safe and seeing the gun was missing might explain the reason why he rushed down to the house. Maybe he intended to go looking for it because he still thought LK/RG/the dog were evicted.
Yep, just verified this is exactly what he said on 48 Hours.
Again, it is amazing what people believe what they think they heard versus fact.
Therefore, there is no evidence of what occurred the afternoon of August 7, 2019. No grassy-knoll leaps in thinking required. This is why most of us are very careful, after 3+ years, of what we post as fact.
There are any number of possibilities of what he could have thought or intended. Once again, I will lunge whip the dead horse…the MCPO screwed this case every way possible with incompetence. FUBAR (the perfect military term).
Schellhorn charged MB with trying to kill RG along with a weapons charge. LK the same.
The weapons charge in regard to RG was a straight NG. For LK it was NGRI. Logic dictates that if it was NG for one, the addition of a RI for the other meant the jury found MB basically NG. A gun can’t be both legal and illegal at the same time. It’s not Schrodinger’s gun.
Schellhorn and his impeached witnesses insisted more than 2 bullets fired. That is an integral part of their story. That’s why MB was charged twice for each offense.
RG testified as to the entire goings on. LK allies are presenting him as the next Captain America with his alleged heroics.
RG can’t be Schrodinger’s witness either. He is lying or he is telling the truth. The jury found him a liar.
Yes. I’ll also go out on a limb and put my marker down that the civil trial will confirm that LK had access to the inside of the safe. Call it a gut feeling.
It doesn’t have to be picking sides. One can see two troubled people interacting in a mutually assured destructive scenario. There doesn’t have to be good and evil, just flawed people.
No one has to like or dislike one to dislike or like the other.
I still feel like the trajectory is problematic in terms of thinking the shooting went the way LK and RG said it did. The guy who testified about the ballistics (can’t remember his name or official title) and such explained that the gun could have been fired anywhere from the truck bumper forward and in an upward direction. To me, that seems like it was fired from the ground in a struggle.
And the angle of the entry and exit wounds indicated the same thing, as well as the fact that the bullet track in the door frame and out the window could have hit LK in that upward fashion and continued on upward through the wall/window behind her.
That guy’s testimony made the biggest impression on me. I have been amazed more people haven’t talked about that. The little bit of forensic evidence that does exist doesn’t point to their story at all. Makes the most sense that the gun was fired from the ground.
I just wanted to point that out in defense of the “grassy knoll” theories. It really doesn’t seem like MB was the aggressor or that things happened as the witnesses claimed.
MB didn’t do anything! He had a private conversation venting frustration and that’s it. Had LK not be conducting illegal surveillance she wouldn’t know it. Had she moved when she should have the entire situation would never have happened.
MB did nothing wrong at all. This was entirely on LKs shoulders alone.
Even LK getting shot was most likely not his fault whether by his mental state, accidental discharge or self defense.
ALL OF THIS WAS THE FAULT OF LK AND RG AND PROBABLY JK TOO
