Many, many couples pay for their own weddings these days, and even 50 years ago the tradition was that the groom pays for the honeymoon, not the father of the bride.

Darn honeymoon and who pays for it (for the record, no one in my world had parents pay for the honeymoon), this is a weird tangent and all I really want to know is why Jonathan Kanarek thought it was Ok to send a letter to the judge when anyone who has been thru law school knows how totally not appropriate that is. And why Jonathan and Kirby Kanarek did not answer their subpoenas, when being a lawyer Jonathan knows that is a slap in the face to the courts. Oh, and why Lauren Kanarek does not want to sit for a deposition in the case she filed.
I have no idea how 48 hours got that, but I am sure the SS report was part of the criminal trial discovery so all sides would have it.

How on earth would she know this? It’s probably just another made up, nasty, remark (AKA lie) designed to smear the Kanarek family.
How does the wealth or poverty of the Kanarek family even matter for the supposed topic of this thread? It doesn’t.

You typically seem to not really want answers but I will give you some.
Lex appears to have amazing research skills and access to stuff that most others do not.
I doubt it is made up. I mean, I doubt the ladies are standing on a street corner begging or anything, but … they probably did have to pay for their own honeymoon(s).
Well it does, because Lauren Kanarek has brought it up many times. Like her statement that she has unlimited means. Or the fact that her current civil lawsuit is asking for lost wages but there is no public information about her having any wages and she said in court that her money comes from the bank and/or her father.
It is all that stuff that when you file a civil suit you have to realize people will dig up and ask about. I don’t think Lauren Kanarek, Jonathan Kanarek, and Kirby Kanarek are used to people ever questioning anything they do or say, so it is probably hard for them to be questioned by society.
Yes really. It was part of the criminal trial. How would anyone manage a case that is some what centered on this report without the actual report?

They both had online donation pages, so that friends and family could give money to finance their respective affairs. One of the daughters wanted a South Pacific destination honeymoon.

If you have issue with the subtopic, please bring it up with those who started it and continue it on. I’m just trying to find out what she is talking about because I’ve known lots of military families and have never witnessed this behavior.

A simple Google search of the sister’s respective names had turned up the donation pages and there are public online data search places that can show piles of collated information, including what vehicles and property are associated with a name and address, because that data is collected whenever paperwork is filled out for various reasons and that data is gathered and sold en-masse to other companies to use with marketing and other things. It’s a Big-Data world we live in now.

I agree. Didn’t’ she deny sending anything or calling or having anything to do with CPS for the longest? “Gee, it must have been SS who called CPS.”
Was that form she filled out for SS? If she told SS sexual abuse was happeneing, then, yes, technically SS called CPS, but heck, tell me she didn’t know CPS was coming that day.
What I want to know is, was that form filled out for SS or was she filling something out for CPS directly?

I’ve seen those lately. Its the new thing where young people don’t want “stuff.” Instead of wedding presents-the old where are you registered list, there is a special honeymoon page like a GoFundMe only it has a destination and things to do at the destination. Its especially used by couples who have been out of the house so already have a full kitchen plus.
