MB CIVIL SUIT UPDATE #10 K’s Request to Adjourn (delay) DENIED 11/01/22

I read this and thought - People brag about being a traitor now days? Wow, how things have changed that people can talk about making money that way.
And yes, I know what a trader is and I know it is not spelled the same as traitor, but for some reason my brain made trader into traitor and … this post.

Hang on, how is this possible? Wouldn’t he have been 18 in 1996? Juvenile records can be expunged and are not necessarily disqualifying.

Also, he could have charges but not have been convicted and that wouldn’t have disqualified him for service either.

His charges were not juvenile ones. They were adult charges. 18 can be adult or youthful offender but over 16 for a male is normally adult.

Getting back to RG, sometime in his childhood, his father passed away and his mom - or whatever woman ended up with custody of him - married a man in the local Jewish community who was involved in the religious aspects, which would explain how he came into the Circle of Kanarek. That man passed away several years ago and his wife, described as RG’s mom, passed away earlier, in late 2007.

I am still amazed at the resemblance between RG and JK. Take a look at this photo:

Do RG come from money or a prominent Livingston family? Or is he under the protection of LK’s family so to speak?

A charge in 1995 would have been when he was 17.

Where are you getting all of these details to his charges?

His father “passed away”?
Goodness, one could make so much out of this post coupled with the resemblance to JK who states he is RG’s guardian.

Public records, which includes the newspapers and their crime and court reports. He had at least one drug possession charge in 1995, which he plead guilty to and got a small fine for.

Well, the sister sure don’t look like em, so I’ll let you do the math.

Wow! But eww.

TBH, I’ve seen other male Goodwins that he does greatly resemble in passing, so I don’t think there’s necessarily anything with JK there, but given how NJ is, it’s anyone’s guess without some DNA tests.

Did it state what the drug was in the drug possession charge? Military MIGHT waive a misdemeanor marijuana pipe charge.

If it makes any difference (not sure it does, not my world), my family member said that the event at which he was photographed while employed by Jeffries was one that no high-level person would be photographed at, and was attended by mostly sales people. Sounded like it was a pretty schmoozy, BS, and somewhat unsavory function put on by a trade association, with photos published by a trade mag, that not many people with clout cared much for.

Certainly true.

He has ties to the Jewish community through his step-father, who was a prominent member of the local religious folks and worked as a temple caretaker, but I don’t see anything of note beyond that, at this time.

Re bolded. I’m criticizing cyberstalking whether done by LK or by you, @Sdel, @LexInVA, or anyone else.

I’ve tried to point out numerous times the hypocrisy of your bashing LK for nasty SM feuds and cyberstalking, then engaging in the same behavior yourselves.

Following someone around on other platforms is also a part of cyberstalking, so I will decline, again, your direction that I scour Twitter, YT, whatever.

Replying to myself again here… but, my takeaway is he was never a “big deal”, at least not at Jeffries circa 1999. That’s not to say that lower level people (especially traders) didn’t make some very good money. Just they he wasn’t anyone of importance, if indeed he is the same JK as in the photograph.

These are public records. If looking up public record was stalking then every employer or private citizen could be charged. No one is charged for stalking for looking up public record.

Give the pearls a break.
