I think it wasn’t turned off. RJ told Heymer he had it all on video/tape/whatever term he used. Hence the trip by JK and RG the next day to confiscate it. I think JK knew whatever was recorded wasn’t going to support the story they wanted to present for their big payday.

Yes, in the Miranda hearings Heymer said that RG offered the video up and said it was “all” on video. Not clips, all, but then nothing was said at the trial.

More to the point, at one point I speculated that the cameras would have caught Lk/RG going back and forth to the apartment and maybe could have show. one of them carrying something (RC’s gun) or wearing a change of clothes since RG’s clothes were relatively clean considering his close proximity and that head wounds bleed profusely. That speculation got a LOT of very nasty pushback, so I suspect there was something there.

I always wondered where they filmed the scenes inside the barn, since they pretty famously always filmed that show right around the city, I believe.

I thought the new filing was very interesting.

Barisone is now denying certain facts that in February of 2020 he admitted.

He seems to be denying that he resided and operated his business out of HH.

I’ve always thought that the way the officer described him with MB sounded more like he’d been rolling him over, not restraining him. It’s pretty clear MB was unconscious until just as the police arrived.
