Yes, a fellow boarder some years back had made a bit of a fortune as a trader - and even written a book about it. She had become addicted to opioids during those years and had a hired “nurse” who was supposed to keep her away from drugs, but she eventually fired him and went right back to feeding her addiction. Her long-term drug use had destroyed her GI tract though and she ended up choosing to die rather than have a permanent feeding tube and colostomy. She was only 44 years old when she passed.

That’s an AWFUL story.

I went through sheer agony on a surgery 2 years ago due to pain and the reluctance of doctors to prescribe adequate medication for pain. I’m not one of the people sensitive to addiction and never had a problem stopping. But because of others, I suffered unnecessarily.

I think it wasn’t turned off. RJ told Heymer he had it all on video/tape/whatever term he used. Hence the trip by JK and RG the next day to confiscate it. I think JK knew whatever was recorded wasn’t going to support the story they wanted to present for their big payday.

Do we know what type of camera it was? If it was uploading to the cloud instead of storing the files internally, it wouldn’t have taken a trip to confiscate it - he could have deleted the files by logging into his cloud account.

I don’t recall what it was exactly, off the top of my head, but I did look into it at the time and the cameras that were identified in testimony used WiFi to upload their videos and come with a free cloud storage account that retains recordings for 90 days.There’s no reason those recordings should be unavailable, unless they were deliberately or accidentally deleted by The Circle of Kanarek or overlooked/ignored by the Police and Prosecutor.

With reposting the information on RG’s troubled history, it really makes one wonder why MB didn’t just evict them.

With the tale of LK screaming outside his door and talking about recordings and other SM posts, that 3 day emergency eviction allowed in New Jersey sure looks doable.

There is no evidence presented yet that shows anything except MB drove to the house and shot LK.

RG may have saved a lot more people on that property than just LK, MB, and himself.

No listening devices were found during sweep for them by MB.

Hang on… is it possible that JK is offering housing and support to both LK and RG for reasons that have nothing to do with them being romantically involved? But a different connection to RG entirely?

Also… When MB calls 911 repeatedly, why isn’t the record of RGs cause for the cops to act with more concern for the legitimate residents of the house, farm, and business???
I mean, seriously… Should review of his record alarmed the cops into action??

Because pocket recorders don’t transmit anything for a sweep to pick up.

You are expecting that ridiculous PD to actually perform their duty instead of sucking up to the “pretty lady and the ex-Marine”.

I believe Jonathan Kanarek made very quick friends with that PD from the school crossing guard all the way up to the Chief. Make of that what you will. Time will tell of all the pots JK had his fingers in. I promise. He showed his behavior explicitly by emailing Sceusci causing speculation regarding his possible inappropriate involvement with others far before 8/7.

If MBs background check uncovered this, after the escalating events on his farm… I can see how his reaction of wanting them to leave, but treading very, very carefully about making that happen makes complete sense.

Remember, MB/MHG didn’t have the investigators report until shortly before 8/7. What was in that report probably increased MB’s terror.

I’m sorry you’re not satisfied with USAA. They’ve been nothing but wonderful since I joined, way back in 1991. I still have my original, plastic insurance card I got from them.

SGF has taken the position since the beginning that she was there illegally. So, there is something there for sure when two of the three defendants are saying it.

Is that how it works?

There are three defendants, and if a majority of the defendants rely on the same argument, the defendants are probably correct?

I thought SGF was saying it wasn’t them. it was Barisone who created the tenancy without their permission.
