Yes, a fellow boarder some years back had made a bit of a fortune as a trader - and even written a book about it. She had become addicted to opioids during those years and had a hired “nurse” who was supposed to keep her away from drugs, but she eventually fired him and went right back to feeding her addiction. Her long-term drug use had destroyed her GI tract though and she ended up choosing to die rather than have a permanent feeding tube and colostomy. She was only 44 years old when she passed.
You need to get out more, CH. It is not uncommon in many jurisdictions for a teenaged male committing certain types of offenses to be charged as an adult, while a female of the same age committing the same offense may be charged as a juvenile.
My best guess is that it depends on whether you consider the $5000 to be for the horses only and staying in the house was as a guest or that occupancy of the apt was part of the $5000 and if so, how much.
Do we know what type of camera it was? If it was uploading to the cloud instead of storing the files internally, it wouldn’t have taken a trip to confiscate it - he could have deleted the files by logging into his cloud account.
Yes but, the trip would remove all evidence of where there were cameras and recording devices and if you want to go with the theory that some evidence from the actual incident was tossed aside and not found by the police, the visit would also make that go away.
Could be. Although I think I remember Bilinkas asking one of the officers if he recalled seeing a camera over the porch. The officer answered in the affirmative and I had hoped Bilinkas would pursue it a bit more - as in, “Did you secure that cameras and its files? When? And if not, why not?” It seemed he moved on to something else rather quickly and I can’t remember if it was because of an objection or what.
L&O did a story on the Casey Anthony-killed-her-daughter case from a bunch of years ago. They reset the story from Florida to NYC. Maybe they could turn MB into a fitness trainer or tennis coach in order to get the story into the city!!
Still not open to the general public - only those with proof they served honorably in the military, as well as certain family members.
From the USAA website:
USAA membership is open to active, retired, and separated veterans with a discharge type of “Honorable” and “General Under Honorable Conditions” from the U.S. military and their eligible family members.
Eligible family includes:
Spouses, widows, widowers and un-remarried former spouses of USAA members who joined USAA prior to or during the marriage, as well as individuals whose parents joined USAA…For a child to be eligible, the parent must join USAA while living.
I’ve been a USAA member since my early 20’s - based on my father’s membership. Hubby also has a membership based on his own military service.
There’s a paragraph near the bottom of the amended claim that’s essentially a restraining order against LK to stop posting about MB online. (Sorry, had a hard time explaining that!) Is that new? Does that mean she has to go back and remove posts? Seems like MHG was successful in getting LK to stop mentioning her.
