No listening devices were found during sweep for them by MB.

Because pocket recorders don’t transmit anything for a sweep to pick up.

Didn’t Mr. D’s latest filing refer to recording devices being placed beneath benches?

I thought it odd that there were none found during the sweep that MB paid for, but I guess it may depend on what technology was being used.

I thought the testimony from several witnesses at the trial verified that there was no bench in the spot in the barn where LK/RG claimed the bug in her locker would have picked up any conversations.

And if LK/RG were listening to conversations around the barn, maybe they heard that the bug sweep guys were coming, and removed the bugs before they could be found. Perhaps when they were “wrapping the horse” late at night.

They did say there was no bench but then someone posted a picture here of a built-in bench in the locker area and asked if it was the bench. I found that confusing.

What a beautiful place! I wonder when MB is released and his safesport sanction lifted if he will eventually decide to lease another facility for the summer months or just decide to stay in his also beautiful florida facility year round. If he does decide to lease another facility, I hope it is not in NJ or at least in a different part of the state.

This brings up another question. The DA told the cops everything was okay…goodness gracious, is this just one more person JK had chat with? Lots of fingers in lots of pots.

This shows the barn and the adjacent building housing the indoor and clubhouse, I believe.

So in this pic, I’ve labeled it in this comment as #2, there appears to be a covered aisle leading from the barn to the indoor. A window is next to that.
I’m guessing the lockers referenced in the pics are just to the right of that window?

That can’t be right.

The lockers end at the entrance to the club room and there are stairs up to…

So just out of view of this pic is, to the left, that little window seen in pic#2.

Go out this door to the left of the kitchen and the lockers are to your right.
Before the lockers, on the right is a doorway to outside where there’s clearly a walkway, sidewalk, or path visible that cuts between the barn and the indoor building nearest the kitchen portion of the clubroom (just past the window above the counter here, to the left of the fridge) in pic #2.

So the lockers are actually in that bit of building connecting the barn to the indoor, in the image #2 I posted, are therefore with their back to us.

My best guess:
Yellow dot is door into the kitchen end of the club room and red dot is door leading outdoors.

Green dots are location of the lockers

Yes he was. Keep in mind, what is being described is an ex parte communication with him in which “evidence” was provided outside of discovery.

Ok,I this one, the walkway at the end of the row of lockers goes back to the courtyard. The white door goes to the clubhouse area. So there’s a gap and a walkway, but I had to listen to testimony again to clear it up (and maybe I’ll go back and try to label this picture the way the next picture is later).

I’m aware of murder/suicide and sure that may have been the outcome but I don’t see how him going on some kind of murder spree was in the cards. I think that’s a stretch.
ETA: not all “active shooters” suffer from depression. That’s a gross generalization.

And we’ve already destroyed the “active shooter” claim. These folks love to cling to the dramatic even when they know it is inaccurate. I wonder who they think their audience is?

According to RG’s testimony, MB was rendered unconscious before the 911 call was made, correct? He testified that he choked him out pretty quickly didn’t he? And that he did it twice….

Your bizarre take on this is perplexing. Have you read any of the detailed information thoughtfully provided by other posters which confirms KM’s pronouncements? And yet you really find it difficult to believe that gender plays a role in how people are treated in the justice system? Wait until you find out about racial disparities!
