Yeah, his assistant DA has a rather pleasant face—it almost looked like he was smiling just a bit. Schellhorn was practicing his RBF.
Their boss needs to burn that tan suit!

Hut finally quasi answered asking if they need to repeat their timeline that I and another poster don’t recall ever seeing. So I’ve asked for specifics.

Yes. Specify what MB did to LK.
Has Hut answered that question yet? I feel like I missed it if they did. I know it has been asked several times.

Ooooh, so the timeline is the answer to the question of what Michael did that was bad to Lauren before the shooting?
Gotcha.
I just found this tidbit and laughed out loud when he spoke of forensics.
They can not say in their press release - hey we are sorry, we did a crappy job of crime scene and other forensic work and we had tunnel vision and did not bother to research anything else.
DownYonder:
It just occurred to me that if LK/RG recorded the phone conversation between MB and Tarshis that occurred in MB’s office, they also had a recording of MHG’s conversation with the CPS investigator (a conversation that also occurred in MB’s office). That to me smells like an extremely egregious violation of MHG’s and the child’s rights to privacy and should warrant further investigation and possible criminal charges.
Maybe that conversation between MHG and the CPS investigator was what LK was soooo engrossed in that she couldn’t bother to answer her phone when ED called.
There were some posts that make it seem like she had video surveillance of the barn as well, and she certainly had recorders places in outside areas too….like the rock, and LK mentioned them trying to have conversations at the dumpsters at some point, so I assume she had some there too.

I don’t think Hut did a timeline at all.

Maybe they are working on it now.
Edit to fix what I quoted, no idea how I ended up with the original post but not what I was trying to quote.

And Taylor was a rude, arrogant, biased jerk.

I guess Nagel hasn’t seen this video where the Morris County prosecutor asks everyone to respect the jury and their decision rendered.
Heck, clearly the Kanarek family has not either.
Yes! And didn’t she publicly state with great glee the fact that MB and MHG had to sit in their vehicle to have a private conversation?

Is that something they normally say after a not guilty verdict? Not that I care enough to find out,but it would be an interesting data point if this is not something they typically say after a not guiltyverdict, if they do these presentations after every case.
Someone needs to light a fire under the vacuumer’s fannies.

That is a good question. I wonder if they had complaints from the supposed victim and her family and cohorts about the jury and their verdict.

He was probably thinking, thank goodness I was less directly involved in this debacle than Schellhorn!

I’m thinking it’s more likely they got complaints from the outraged public who watched the trial.
Who at the show?
Hawthorne Hill.

I’m sure it’s the norm after a high profile case. I’ve seen many of them in media.
Do they stop vacuuming at 5:00 PM? Only 46 minutes to go!

It’s a Friday. It’s usually the Judge who causes the biggest delay. The clerks attend to each thing in its order and importance. At this time I wouldn’t be holding my breath. If it’s not in soon then Monday around 11 maybe.
