Isn’t that SOP for a person who lives elsewhere than the trial venue?
For instance NJ sent a request to FL to request they appear and FL subpoenaed them to go to NJ?
Didn’t MHG also get subpoenaed?

Yes they all were subpoenaed and all answered except LK and RG, so warrants were issued because for some ridiculous reason the Prosecutor’s office used MH’s address for all the subpoenas and, of course, LK and RG did not live with MH!

Right? I asked her that question multiple times before she was banned and she never answered directly, but she did get very upset by that line of questioning.
Hmm. Like it was all a big fat lie.
I also called her out on claiming cats were neglected or abused. She says she took photos, but never called animal control. So another lie.

Is it worse to file false charges on child abuse, or file no charges on animal abuse?

She can file where she lives, where the business has an office/does business or where they have a corporate office or where the incident occurred.

plus train stations are typically large voluminous somewhat empty buildings compared to airports. The risk seems to be the airports not so much the planes themselves as they have ventilation.
Trains must as well. The first COVID patient in St Louis traveled on AMTRAK hours before she was diagnosed and no one else was traced to her travel.

That said, even with Omicron and any other new variant, I am staying boosted and if I am concerned about an area or crowd of people, I keeps masks in my car right next to the shovels. I wouldn’t hesitate traveling to NJ to be deposed.

So, she’s a hermit and is afraid of COVID, but posts videos of her dressed to the nines doing “night check” on her horses at midnight, implying that she’s been out on the town and is now coming back home. It’s just weird. Nothing adds up.

If it was me, and I would never be in that position, but if I was reporting neglect and NOT sexual abuse, I would have scribbled out the part about sexual abuse, when I checked that box. Anytime I check a box and agree with only part of it, I scribble out the part that doesn’t pertain. Because nobody’s gonna make me say something I dodn’t mean. That b is a canny one, and she doesn’t let anyone speak for her what she doesn’t want said. She meant it when she checked that box.
