MB CIVIL SUIT UPDATE #10 K’s Request to Adjourn (delay) DENIED 11/01/22

But the ventilation and percentage of fresh air on a plane is much better than on a train. Air is completely exchanged on an airplane every few minutes.

Like so many others on her record.

Too bad counties can’t devote the resources to installing, maintaining and fixing HVAC systems that work properly throughout public schools.

Yes I have listened to all the podcasts. It seems that the more of a good person you are you are then cancelled out by a bad person. :frowning:

The last 2 parter also had a controversial comment from a policeman and unbecoming gesture from the Head Juror.

I am currently recovering from covid part 2. (Part 1 took place 13 months ago.) Was going to get boosted for Omicron but was exposed once (didn’t get sick that time), had a Shingles vaccine and didn’t want to overwhelm immune system, so I waited on getting boosted. DH came down with covid a week ago and shared the wealth. I will say this time has been far easier than last. Basically been like a bad headcold. Hoping that my long covid doesn’t come roaring back. (You may now return to your regularly scheduled programing.)

I have always thought that the airflow on trains seems as good or even better than on airplanes. Glad to see from the article that is the case. Well AMTRACK anyway. Maybe not so much on the older commuter cars.

You can even get private rooms on some trains

Can I play with the glamour shots?

If Barisone is in custody when he gives a deposition, is it more likely be by Zoom or can the lawyers do it in person at the facility? 48 Hours was able to do an in-person interview while he was being held.
If he is in custody when it goes to trial, would he likely attend in person like the criminal trial or Zoom?
Taylor’s comment at the September hearing make me think the judge won’t approve a conditional release as long as the civil suit is active because of what he sees as the risk of contact/confrontation between Barisone and Kanarek(s).

Brushing my hair and putting on lip gloss is as “glamorous” as I get but having professional photos done was so worth it. I really regret not getting them with my mare before we lost her so made a point of doing them with my gelding this year.

If anything he should be concerned about Michael when the Kanareks are near HIM! Taylor has it completely backwards.

Beautiful!

Right. Because the Kanareks may say something that hurts his feelings. Meanwhile if MB gets his hands on a gun…

I think if MB works through the program and there are still recommendations from two outside psychiatrists and the hospital group then also agrees that MB is no longer a danger to himself or others and can be released, possibly with a treatment program, that Judge Taylor will do so.

Civil suit aside, a conditional release is complicated. That would require someone accepting the responsibility of supervision and monitored mental health outpatient treatment.
Mental health care nd monitoring could be arranged in New Jersey, but Barisone has neither family nor a residence in New Jersey.
Could or would Taylor and New Jersey release him to his Florida residence where it couldn’t ensure mental health care or supervision/monitoring? Could or would a Florida court assume that role?
Taylor also talked about his concern for Kanarek and Barisone being in the same “horse show world” for contact/confrontation risks. I think he would not release Barisone to Loxahatchee because of her proximity.
Barisone would have to meet the higher bar of unconditional release, not needing further treatment or supervision.

You look very glamorous and that is one hunky horse you are holding there! He’s a real piece of eye candy.

I am so glad you paid homage to your gelding. Those schoolmaster are worth their weight in gold.

You clearly don’t understand how those sessions work. Seeing as how I’ve done them before, with a facility out of state (so no family/friends like you are arguing), you are making a mountain out of a molehill and making yourself look silly in the process.
