The majority of the posters here know I am not the “appointed police” and you would as well if you truly followed these threads. But because I was among the first, if not THE first to challenge Lauren’s tale of woe, I have been the target of the Kanarek crew for years. That’s fine, as I can continue taking the attacks and name calling because so far I have always spoken the truth with evidence as available and allowed, and will continue to do so. I will continue to support Michael Barisone and the goal of seeing him return to the home he has held for years to continue his healing and resume his life as it was before the Finish the Bastard campaign took it from him. He has paid enough for his mistake of allowing Lauren Kanarek the opportunity to train with him.

I brought your months old thread forward for you to explain yourself. Instead we got the typical deflection as expected. The threats of reporting anonymous posters to governing federations is ludicrous as is threatening The Chronicle of the Horse. You know it and we all know it.

That is all I have to say to you but respond as you chose. As long as the Ignore feature works I will not see your posts.

I was just using the 20 pounds and the sunscreen as a poke at a comment about LK’s unhealthy appearance.
Losing weight is no big deal, nothing to be proud of, anyone can. So I don’t know what my strong opinions are.
Now, hiking up to a high alpine lake, that was an accomplishment.

Not to derail, but this is kind of a crappy thing to say, you know. There are plenty out there who struggle to lose weight and if they manage to lose any, it’s a HUGE thing to be proud of.

Civil suit aside, a conditional release is complicated. That would require someone accepting the responsibility of supervision and monitored mental health outpatient treatment.
Mental health care nd monitoring could be arranged in New Jersey, but Barisone has neither family nor a residence in New Jersey.
Could or would Taylor and New Jersey release him to his Florida residence where it couldn’t ensure mental health care or supervision/monitoring? Could or would a Florida court assume that role?
Taylor also talked about his concern for Kanarek and Barisone being in the same “horse show world” for contact/confrontation risks. I think he would not release Barisone to Loxahatchee because of her proximity.
Barisone would have to meet the higher bar of unconditional release, not needing further treatment or supervision.

Considering LK bought a house not far in Loxahatchee from the farm that Michael has already owned for years, thus putting herself in the potential situation of seeing him in the area, I would say the onus is on her.

She could have bought anywhere in the world, yet she bought within a very close distance to his long established farm.

This tells me two things-

1. She is not afraid of him.

2. She is not done playing her stupid 37D chess game with him yet.

Makes me just have to ask- WHO DOES THAT???

Because maybe they thought he would be in jail or an institution for a long long time.

More like it would have made it convenient to get to his farm, which they thought they would win in the civil trial.

So you’ve said he will be released once he works the steps. But you say he, a man deemed insane at the time of the incident, is going to shoot her again? Those statements are contradictory.
