Unconditionally released and permitted to leave NJ? Has his SS suspension been removed?

Worry not. No need to fret. MB will be released, will be able to leave NJ and will have the suspension lifted being he was found NOT GUILTY after all.

The insanity portion merely delays the inevitable. Surely you must know its coming.

With respect to SS, I believe their rule is that if a case goes to the criminal court system, the only condition on which the person is reinstated is when the defendant is found straight NG.

Nevertheless, SS appears to be considering his permanent sanction. I would not be certain his suspension will be lifted.

You’ve said once he works the steps he will be released. Being released means he is not a danger to himself or others.
Now you’re saying he will get another shot at her. So you’re saying after being released he is unwell and tries to shoot her, which would mean he didn’t “work the steps.”

The post you were responding to even said both sides getting an order of protection.

From other things (generally) that the Kanarek family has done in this situation I do believe without a doubt that the choice to buy that house was based on the Kanarek family’s desire to make life more difficult for Michael and his supporters.

I have no doubt that she thought he would go to jail but if he didn’t she figured she could continue to torment him. Whether he’s in jail or not, her game is the torment game. My opinion. Proven by her previous bad acts and deeds.

Do any of us know what SS rules are? Sometimes I’m not sure they know their rules.

I’ve stated the SS policy as I remember it. However, it’s likely that SS has never dealt with a NGRI verdict before, so this is uncharted territory for them. I think it is very uncertain as to that the outcome of his current interim suspension will be.
