When I asked CH where this secret knowledge came from my question went unanswered.

So either they are privy to the machinations of a biased, sorely mistaken super secret source OR they just making it up.

This is a fairly serious statement to emphatically make. I doubt SS will be thrilled when they see this posted by a nobody. Hmmm…

BTW, SS would not have reduced his sanction to “interim suspension” immediately after the verdict if they were considering permanent sanction.

I know many have been questioning SS/USEF regarding their delay in their official decision and the response has been they are investigating and awaiting a request from Michael for a formal hearing from what I understand.

Permit me to clarify.

SS currently has Barisone on an interim suspension as they deliberate to determine the permanent disposition of his case. The outcome could be a return to full eligibility, a return to eligibility with restrictions, or a lifetime ban.

I have no idea what their decision will be. They have not dealt with a NGRI verdict on attempted murder charges before.

Obviously SS is investigating. Your statement, based on “what you understand” suggests that the investigation is delayed in part because they are unable to get input from Barisone, which makes sense.

I don’t see that there would be a formal hearing unless SS announced a sanction.

Neither of the pair are young enough, attractive enough or capable of pretending to be nice long enough to make it worth someone’s while. Plus RG’s list of offenses aren’t thuggish enough to be interesting. LK harassing someone to the point of temporary insanity, plus the other outrageous behavior isn’t going to appeal to many.

When someone is listed as temporary suspension, that means the SS center is conducting an investigation. That investigation could result in a permanent sanction or a lifting of any sanction.
So, CH is not making anything up.

Then the fair thing to say is that SS is considering either permanent sanction or full reinstatement. Either is possible, CH only showed her preferred option.

I meant the permanent or final disposition of his case, whether permanent ineligibility, reinstatement with restrictions, or full reinstatement.

Kevin Smith is a filmmaker. Jason Mewes was his buddy in HS who also acted in Smith’s film. He was a HUGE mess for a long time (heroin). He was in and out of rehab but has been clean for over a decade now. They’re from NJ. As I mentioned, I’ve only seen one of their films but they have a following.

Oh, I DID see a cameo of them in “Fanboys” (2009). I didn’t know who they were at that time.
