was responding to Eggbutts post about her relationships not being close. Have you texted or emailed these people about the shooting et al? I guess a subpoena could find that out.
I notice you don’t deny any of these posts.

I know I’m 100 posts behind but can’t ignore this one. The subpoenas are for information relative to the trial. Information about who did what, when, and how it may have contributed to LK being shot.

What relevance does any communication between eggbutt and others have with regards to who did what to whom?

They were admitted to then, in open court, and sworn to.

Reading the rest of IM’s comment - they sure do like to act as if LK was forced to bring her horses to HH or that LK had such little say in packing all of her belongings and moving to NJ to train. It’s all pinned on MB as if LK wasn’t the one who voluntarily chose to bring her horses or herself to HH. LK is blameless though according to her family, what should I expect.
