You know, the judge can deny the motion. Which I hope he does. For all the reasons and more than Deininger pointed out. The bestest reason that comes to MY mind, is JK and KK are not even parties to the case.

LKs attorney letter asking for adjournment on their behalf certainly links them to her in a role even greater than being family so to be sure the parents shenanigans also reflect poorly on LKs case as well.
