MB CIVIL SUIT UPDATE #10 K’s Request to Adjourn (delay) DENIED 11/01/22

You are welcome to your opinion on this, of course. But, if someone would like to buy a horse from Europe (or elsewhere in the world) and they have the means to do so, then it is my opinion that they should make that dream happen for themselves. We only live once and if it’s their dream to own, ride, compete on a horse from Europe…go for it! We have to do what works for our lives and makes us happy. I don’t hold it against someone for importing for being a staunch supporter of US breeders, again, it’s all about what makes them happy!

1000% with you on the breeding thing tho!

The ratio is about the same, regardless of the price point. Lol.

Good luck on the Powerball! I might buy a ticket myself, which I rarely bother to do.

Oh the irony…

I’m hoping they get to some other cases first until I get done at my dentist appointment. Lol.

I am hoping they do this first! Then they can file the documents on the site and we will have answers sooner.

Can you or the 4 ppl who liked your post explain how this is irony?

Oh absolutely, if someone can then sure, go for it. I just believe the US breeders have come a long way in the last ohhhh 20 some odd years. We have quality horses here now that can compete with European horses or horses from other places.

My thoughts come from seeing many ammys buying these big beautiful horses from Europe and they can’t really ride them.

I know those dreams. I had them. back in the day. lol I had a big beautiful imported dutch horse. I thought I was the bomb diggitty at times. I wouldn’t trade my experience for anything. That horse was freaking amazing. He taught me so much. BUT, in reality he was too big for me. He was too powerful for me. But again, I would not trade that experience for anything. Dear Lord I LOVED that horse. At times I would beat myself up for not doing him justice. But then I realized the horse didn’t give a fat rats patootie if he was showing, he was happy as a clam out in the field or with me on his back doing first level/second level stuff.

I lost him to colic. It is what it is or was. Dreams can be dashed and reality sometimes bites the big one.

Anyway, those are my thoughts.

Now, back to the topic at hand, who has popped their popcorn for todays show?

I have tried multiple times to PM you and can’t :frowning:

I’m sorry you lost your boy. Colic is rough.

And, I agree. The US breeders have come so far in the last 20/30 years. It is really admirable and I would love to see more of our international competitors on home bred horses, but that is an entire other topic!

I shudder at the thought of how much popcorn will go to waste if the proceedings are not actually available for the public to watch online.

Yea, colic sucks.

Wouldn’t it be GRAND if all our horses competing internationally were breed and trained here in the States!

OH bite your tongue.

I think that was a micro-aggression!

I call things like this A TELL

Shawshank was about an innocent man convicted who then helped his fellow inmates, got over on and thoroughly exposed the corrupt warden and corrections officers and then planned for his happy retirement and that of his best friend Red in Mexico where they lived happily ever after.

Andy WON.

How the Kanarek would see fit to cite Shawshank is odd until we see the word “exception”. To me, that’s a tell. A hint. A clue posted by someone who thinks they are clever. More clever than anyone reading.

As Dr. Mooostach said, she is creative.

Someone else came up with this, but thanks I love it too. I firmly bieve that JK was there that day and provides some explanation about the wierd events the 911 call and the ED versions can’t explain.

Does anyone else remember the weird 911 call JK made? Never got a time stamp on that one either….

Note the other hashtag there. Lalapopwisdom.

What would that entail, exactly?

So what is the link to watch the proceedings if they are available to the public?
