I have this issue of the report. Mark Silver is named on the list for best attorneys for commercial litigation.

While the US News rankings are a little biased, they are not as easy to buy as a Super Lawyer designation.

There is also another definition giving an example of a drug kingpin incarcerated with air conditioning, comfortable furniture, all the comforts of home rather than the squalor others lived in. Poor LK and her games and “creativity”.

Guess she hasn’t done that.

At this point, she seems to be obsessed with getting the last word, in a situation where it’s entirely possible that she won’t.

I think being released would require another meeting, but IIRC at the last hearing the judge said he could work through the levels without another meeting and from what was posted here those levels eventually include unsupervised home visits.
