MB CIVIL SUIT UPDATE #10 K’s Request to Adjourn (delay) DENIED 11/01/22

Its gone already!

On a need to know basis, I have a feeling I don’t need to know that.

There is a Shawshank EXEMPTION which is gross and different from what LK wrote as Shawshank EXCEPTION. This comes up for the latter and it still makes no sense really.

It’s still a tell. Still an innocent.

Funny to think that Shawshank has so many variations. Did the word exist before the movie? Or have these terms all evolved from the movie?

It’s a made-up town that Stephen King used in two of his works. The Shawshank Redemption and “Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption” (1982).

Then there is this theory:

There was only one story: Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption. The movie just shortened the name, but King didn’t use it for “two of his works.” The Rita Hayworth reference is because that is the poster that he used to cover the hole in the wall where he was digging the tunnel.

You can get a feel for the dynamic between him and Mr Bilinkas if you watch the 48 Hours on the Vertetis case.

I wonder if it is still going on or maybe Sceusi has to think some more for another couple of weeks? Dear lord, a snail’s pace is KY Derby speed compared to this judicial system!!!

There are multiple things up for decision. Judges can handwrite a simple decision or they can type out a multi page thing that reads like a history of that group of filings, facts pertinent to each item, applicable case law and the judges final conclusion.

Here are 2 such examples. The first gives an idea
