That list does not show the oral arguments that were scheduled today at all. It never has.
The oral arguments scheduled for today were in relation to all of these motions:
The Motion to Amend the counterclaim might have been heard today, but it wasn’t scheduled for today.
The next case management conference was added a couple weeks ago. Judge S seems to like to schedule those every 90 days.

Imagine you are “out of the country”, maybe somewhere nice, maybe on vacation and check in to a small chat forum frequently. I’m not buying it and personally believe mom and dad’s logins are being used.
I don’t know. Daddy Kanarek is quite controlling, reminder he sent a letter to the judge in the civil case. He also proclaimed his all knowing status here, so I am sure he likes to know what is going on here so he can continue to be in control and all knowing.
