MB CIVIL SUIT UPDATE #10 K’s Request to Adjourn (delay) DENIED 11/01/22

Correction: what she has cannot be explained as ‘potty mouth’. You were on the right track with vile.

She has the most vile imagination that she expresses with the most base, odious, revolting language and imagery that I’ve ever had the displeasure to read.

Just the kinds of repulsive, sexualised, hateful language she spews online on the regular is enough reason for me to NEVER allow her on my property or near my children or any children on my property.

Can you imagine exposing your minor children to someone who can come up with that stuff? It is so, so gross.

But, otherwise, totally agree on your analysis.

IMO, Darrell Brooks is about to experience the justice of the prison system. High profile individuals like this have targets on their backs when the enter prison. People will attack him to make a name for themselves, to get prison credit or to just have an interesting story to tell. Take Jeffery Dahmer’s attacker who became famous as a result of killing Dahmer. I think prison was too light of a sentence for someone like Dahmer but fortunately the prison system and its prisoner delivered its own form of punishment that I felt was much more suitable. I think Brooks’ punishment of imprisonment was light considering the 6 lives he took and the many people he injured but I do get some satisfaction knowing that his days in prison are going to be much worse than average. JMHO.

ETA: Also, check out the music video by Darrell Brooks which was also used as evidence to prove his vehicle belonged to him (it was featured in his video). His lyrics glorify killing cops, he claims to be a monster and a killer in the city, makes gang references, glorifies serial killer John Wayne Gacy, states a clean up crew is needed after all of the killings his crew does, etc. One could maybe say he brutally killed 6 people with a vehicle by accident but no. He really is a terrible human being.

Did something happen that I missed? Were posters banned? Why is it so quiet and pleasant here? Is it April 1 already? Did certain parties order their minions to stop posting? Are people posting and I cannot see? Or is it really this sleepy as we await whatever rulings might come out of Friday’s hearings?

I’ve wondered the same. I’m wondering if a few posters were told to be silent. I would honestly have been pissed if I were a K and same posters kept dragging out certain arguments that backfired and made the K’s look terrible each time. The threads are most active when those few participate which I also think is not what the K’s want. Maybe said posters realized they were doing no good themselves. Maybe they were warned by a mod to chill (very much speculating here). Either way, I’m quite happy with the peace and I’m glad the problematic posters haven’t been tagged and antagonized either.

I wondered about that as well. It seems a little unlikely that they would just suddenly decide to voluntarily clam up after all the endless and repetitious diatribes.

Huge improvement, though, that is for sure.

I don’t care why they aren’t here, but it’s really nice to have normal discussions without the drama,

Agreed, but I still wonder.

We all have to agree that it is strange that certain people are absent from this conversation, as happy adssome of us may be that they have bowed out. It is strange.

Just don’t say their names three times.

Anyway…I’m sure we all have better things to talk about.

I’ve been silently wondering if I’d missed something, like a forced flounce. Yet ultimately, regardless of the reason, it’s nice to read about the civil suit wranglings without the hash, dash, mishmash and rehash of the same ol’ stuff over and over. And over again.

No flouncing at all, forced or otherwise, as far as I recall. Which also seems a little uncharacteristic, come to think of it.

The new drawing is stunning! How wonderful Michael is able to have his art supplies again.

There you go again, using logic and reason!

What is everyone doing with their huge powerball lottery winnings? I want to take a trip.

I’m pretty sure I would end up buying a gigantic property so I could adopt a lot of dogs and cats and horses who needed homes.

Is that the one for over a billion?

I’d have a blast. Buy me a horse farm and do rider education and wounded warrior programs. I’d have inner city kids come for rides. I’d sponsor huge summer outdoor BBQs like country towns have. I would do the most selfish thing possible making myself feel better by doing good deeds for others. And something for animals. I’d have to do that too.

I think it was up to something like $1.8B the last I heard. So more than half a billion if you took the cash payout. That is a crazy number.

I had to wait in a long line to vet my ticket. The odds are probably a kazillion to 1 but its fun to think about. I would want to do some good too and it would be fun at Christmas.
