MB CIVIL SUIT UPDATE #10 K’s Request to Adjourn (delay) DENIED 11/01/22

I do quick picks 2x a month. $10 for Power, $10 for Mega twice a month. I’m not worried LOL

I just stopped at the race track for the first time in years and years, since I was driving right by it.

I bet on three horses in the last race, and came out $5.10 ahead, since two of them were in the money. So then I took that five dollars and wagered it in the casino, and won $11. And then I cashed out and left while I was still ahead. Lol.

Yeah, but see I pick show horses, and I can certainly chase a rabbit down a rabbit hole…

If I ever win the lottery my plan along with my big horse park is to call David. LOL.

Questions for the Legal Eagles -

  1. Why is the filing listed as a 5-day order, when the order gives the prosecutor’s office 10 days to comply?

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the production of said forensic extractions shall occur
no later than 10 days from the date of This Order.

  1. Can we assume this filing was in response to a ruling from Sceusi to turn over the files?

  2. If Sceusi had issued a similar ruling for JK/KK to turn over files, would there be a filing to that effect? Or could that be happening “behind the scenes” and we won’t know until Sceusi issues a decision regarding all the motions/cross-motions filed since June?

  3. There was a similar order by the prosecutor’s office on 6/13/2022, to produce 81 audio files. Those files were likely turned over - correct?

  4. Who are those types of files provided to? The court, or all attorneys?

It means the judge will sign it in 5 days.

Schellhorn states in the order it’s based on reasons noted on the record at the hearing on Friday.

When he issues those orders, something will be entered on the docket.

Yes. If they hadn’t been, you can bet SGF would have filed a request to show cause as to why the order had been ignored.

All the attorneys.

Dear Judge S.
I am writing to you to express my extreme displeasure that there have been no updates on the civil suit case for defendants MB, SGF, RC despite your office having ample time to do so since the hearing last friday. Also, myself and fellow elderly mob members tried and were UNSUCCESSFUL in watching the live hearing or whatever it is referred to-KM gets hung up on the correct terminology.
Please make and post your decisions today. You may post them here so we don’t have to keep navigating crosswalks, boats, buses and traffic lights. You may use Herecomesthejudge as your username so we know it is from you.

For your cooperation, we fellow robe wearers will issue you a bathrobe and ask EB to grant you membership into the IEM.

ps-Please tell Mr N and Mr. Schellhorn that while MB is a very accomplished equestrian and an Olympian, he did not win a medal at the Olympics. YOU, however may instruct the jury that when calculating lost wages, etc to award MB, they may consider the earnings of the top world Gold Medalist’s salaries into their decision. We do not want Mr. N and Mr. S to look foolish.

I’m just picturing some poor underling in a law office somewhere, who’s been assigned social media monitoring, snorting their coffee after reading this!

FYI Judges robes are very expensive!

Really? How expensive? They look pretty basic.

Does the judge have to buy the robe personally?

Follow up question. Does the judge need to have five robes so there is one for Monday through Friday?

Bolding mine.

Wow. Interesting. Thanks.

Is there a clearly visible difference between the $200 robe and the $2500 robe? Does one have a little black tag on it like the breeches with the tag on the thigh? Lol.

$2500.00 for a robe? Thats crazy. Judge S still hasn’t complied so he may not even get the $40.00 robe from the IEM.

Valid point, I’d be very judgmental of a judge who was wearing a robe that I judged was not quite the most perfect shade of Judginess Black.

None of that polyester sheen, either. And God forbid the robe makes a crinkly, swooshing sound whenever they move their arms and whack the gavel.

Just like clothing stores there are all different qualities of robe. I’m not engaging in costume store robes or graduation class outfitters where a robe is $40. I’m talking about judge robing for a Supreme Court. Everything is custom.

Wow! You learn something new everyday on this thread.

That was interesting. I just randomly picked from the list of options and ended up with a robe that cost almost $500.

I did not see an option for a lace collar, though. :frowning:
