And why Nagel was so p$ssed at the verdict! He was told it was going to be a slam dunk I’m sure. Remember how cocky IM/JK was before the verdict?! Karma.
I don’t think “daddy” has that kind of pull. Warmblood sniffed at that theory once and said she never heard of them.
I think daddy just can’t believe his daughter was happy and placed with a world class trainer who ended up with more mental problems than her and shot her. I think “daddy” is astonished that the parents of a shooting victim are getting the subpoena harassment treatment. I don’t think he has any experience with criminal law or civil personal injury lawsuits and was checking with the judge to see if this was all for real or was it just harassment.
I suspect they will get it together and this will eventually be settled or proceed to trial.
I don’t think JK was trying to sway anyone. I think he has been trying to understand how his daughter got shot. I think he is scared for her and angry he trusted MB.
You are accusing a shooting victim’s father of being a predator while stalking the victim and calling for the family’s destruction. I don’t think he is the predator.
Hey y’all… I just waded through endless posts of tit for tat neener-neener BS… all contrary to what Mod 1 advised us to do to keep these threads open. How about not taking the bait that anyone puts out for anyone else? How about not chumming the water yourself?
I know who I believe is credible in these threads - and who is not - as demonstrated repeatedly by their own words and actions. I would like to keep having the legal beagles here help us sort through this mess. I would like to not have to scroll through endless replay loops of the same fussing and fretting about the verdict and what it means.
As an aside - does anyone here really think that if IM was not JK as outlined in that legal brief, that he would be in here hollering and strutting about it?
I would really like it if these threads could just move along… and not get caught in endless insulting death spirals. To that end… I will stop typing this post.
NGRI. The prosecutor met the burden of proof that he committed the act that would otherwise be a crime beyond a reasonable doubt and the defense met the burden of proof that he was insane at the time so it was not a crime.
He can work the levels, get treatment, and recover.
