strangely asserted that I had “no evidence” of what occurred on 8/7/2019. I do have plenty of evidence (the evidence provided in the trial.) But no, not the “excluded evidence”, obvs

Just checking.

Maybe some of that evidence that was excluded from the criminal trial that’s working it’s way into the civil trial will give weight to some of the multitude of plausible alternative theories that have been floated about.

If anything like that comes to light, will it change your mind any?

Wasn’t there an email of something regarding JK the Mr. B found out about right before the trial started that the judge wouldn’t let him admit into evidence because it didn’t come out in discovery?

I have observed a coincidence that some minor or major bombshell occurs shortly after two posters become frantic, argumentative, and redundant on these threads. Next week will be fun.

Which makes me question if the parties might have been told the decision before it’s posted online…

Pina Colada Truffles

12 oz packaage of milk chocolate chips
1/2 C heavy whipping cream
2 Tbs butter
4 Tbs coconut rum
1/2 C shredded coconut
1/2 C chopped dried pineapple (I buy the dried pineapple and have to chop it into smaller pieces. Keeping the knife blade oiled makes thi job easier.)

I knew there was a reason I didn’t trust that the quiet would last. I still find it beyond comprehension that some seem to enjoy making sport of needling people under a guise of representing a “minority opinion”. That seems a very sad way to pass one’s time. And one person’s assertion that they “know why” people didn’t respond to their demands for a detailed rehashing of a “plausible” alternate scenario seems to imply that they know that needling people and making such demands is unbecoming. (Or perhaps they think they are clever and there is no possible plausible alternative theory and the “majority” are idiots.) But really, it’s pretty obvious that coming in and demanding others repost what has been discussed ad nauseam because you don’t believe it is just plain rude, as is asserting or implying that there is any other reason people ignored the demand. The demand was off-putting and clearly intended to start another trip around the round pen. No thanks (although I did offer a one sentence scenario that apparently didn’t satisfy the poster’s demand, le sigh.)

I do take solace in the observation that past drama has preceded developments. Perhaps we will see movement in the coming week!

I don’t remember that, but it wouldn’t surprise me either. I would imagine there’s quite a bit of stuff we haven’t seen yet.

I don’t remember that, but it would’ve surprise me either. I would imagine there’s quite a bit of stuff we haven’t seen yet.

You could very well be right. The first day is something I don’t think I’ve ever really rewatched the way I have other parts.

YAY! Now as the winner I will share my buttered rum recipe!
A friend of mine one year for Christmas gave me this cute six pack of buttered rum. The bottles are bigger than airplane bottles but smaller than a pint. So - my lazy redneck recipe is - take a bottle and put it in hot chocolate with marshmallows. It doesn’t sound plausible, but it’s really really good!!

As soon as a “batter” for Hot Buttered Rum was mentioned (I think from @BigMama1), I began to think of cookies. Can you incorporate the batter for the cocktail into a cookie that will still have some of the same flavor?

I think you would just need to add flour and maybe a little baking powder for softness. Definitely worth an experiment! And a rum-laced glaze on top…yummy!

I added the original motions for contempt and the motion to compel to the original post.

Still not seeing what I was wanting. I seem to remember the subpoena asking for the communications between JK and the Lundbergs for up until Dec 2019, well after the shooting. I have been mulling over things and what could have happened there. LK made a few claims, but more importantly, there was an eviction filed for LK/RG/MB Dressage during that extra time period. Given that they asked for such things from JK, it would seem he was still heavily involved in managing LK’s affairs at the time.

I wonder what was said to SGF by JK in an attempt to retain residency on the farm. It always came across as so very bitter about MB not owning the farm. I wonder if maybe they were not aware of the real nature of the ownership structure while they were plotting. Maybe there is something very damning in there as well.

I’m going to try it, too, because I love all those flavours.

I also love real, homemade eggnog. That recipe gets one thing very wrong: a lack of eggs does not extend the shelf life. Real, authentic eggnog has so much sugar and booze that it keeps practically forever. When made correctly, a year is not uncommon. I make mine in October for Christmastime.

Most people have only had bottled or carton eggnog and are amazed when they taste the real thing.

The only thing I might change with the coquito is to use some dark rum. With all that rum, all white sounds a bit boring and one note. Some other rums might liven things up!

Yes, sounds great. I too think homemade eggnog is fabulous. I would like to know how you store it to last a year. I made it one year and just drank and drank and gained thousands of pounds but could not stop.

I’m wondering if the lack of knowledge has any connection with the plan to forge signatures and contracts……

If you think of all the comments made over the last few years….it seems very odd for MHG/MB to be remodeling a house for MB, her, her parents, and her kids, but also having the Lundbergs question/inspect the remodels and MB didn’t own the property….

It’s Mark Silver on behalf of SGF who subpoenaed JK, and he asked for all texts between JK and MB as well as between JK and the Lundbergs. I think Silver wants to show that it was Barisone who agreed LK could reside there, and not the Lundbergs. Remember that SGF has a cross complaint against MB and MB Dressage. Presumably there were no texts between MB and JK after Aug 7. I think Silver asked for any texts between JK and MB over an extensive period prior to Aug 7, though.
