You can freeze the mixture and the uncoated balls but once you coat them they should be kept at room temperature.

Absolutely can be made with white chocolate. That was my original recipe but I found it to be too sweet. They present very nicely when it is white chocolate.

Since the batter is firm like cookie dough, how about rolling it into small balls, chill, then dip in melted chocolate of your choice, chill again and call them truffles?

I store it in quart Ball jars in the fridge. I have a 2nd fridge so it stays nice and safe. I shake the jars occasionally. Some people wrap the bottles or jars in foil, but I never have. My backup fridge is in a windowless area.

Regarding the recent insistent demands for “plausible scenarios” to be posted again - I can’t help but wonder if some new and interesting info has come into the hands of Deininger or Silver that sheds more light on the incident. And after being pretty quiet for a while, a certain poster (and his bud) have been dispatched to do some fishing to try to determine if anyone on this thread knows about it - perhaps in hopes of discovering that someone in Deininger’s or Silver’s office is leaking info.

There was a thread mentioned, I think that is what is being mentioned, the double standard where here they proclaim they are just trying to protect the innocent victim but in that thread, the child victim is not treated the same way.
