Do you know for a fact that JK did not cc the other attorneys on his email?

We do know this because if he did the judge would not need to disclose the communication to the litigant parties as he did.

There would be no reason to do so if they had already been copied as they would have been aware of the contents of the ex parte communication.

The judge sending it to them 100% communicates that they were not otherwise of means to be aware of it.

Given the nature of the claims the number of possibilities of identity are quite limited: and none look good. Also, cross reference a few more recent YT posts, it seems the possibilities are even more limited.

It’s a little bit funny to go back and look at these old posts now. In hindsight, giving sworn testimony under oath in a courtroom does not really seem to make much difference to some people when it comes to whether or not to tell the truth.

What I do like about these threads is that it’s given some people more info and a view into aspects of the legal system. So people have learned more than what they knew prior to these threads. I also do “like” that some are bothered by the shortcomings of the system. If more people cared and were bothered, maybe some things would change, but just spreading awareness is a good thing in itself. I mean, every legal system has its shortcomings and some courts move very slow and aren’t the most organized (looking at you, Italy).

Wasn’t it in the criminal trial that RG and LK’s relationship was conveyed as rocky to begin with? That they could be heard from other areas of the living quarters, fighting and screaming all the time? I also seem to recall relationship status change - they were engaged for the trial but now seemingly not.

I always thought LK’s behavior was the epitome of an obsessive, jealous, begrudged wanna be lover. It seems to me she thought she should be “the center of MB’s universe” but MB didn’t return the same affection. That to me explains a lot of her behavior if she did have deeper feelings for MB and he didn’t reciprocate.

Wasn’t GJ’s partner an ex of LK?

And pay attention. MB’s been languishing in AK where there is no treatment program. He can’t “work the levels” until he is moved to an appropriate facility. Had that happened when it was supposed to, he might already be deemed successful and back home with his loved ones. But in the most egregious violation of his rights yet, he’s been denied that opportunity.

Nobody wants him released without treatment. Everyone wants him to receive the treatment which he should have been receiving for the past three years.

I think daddy just can’t believe his daughter was happy and placed with a world class trainer who ended up with more mental problems than her and shot her. I think “daddy” is astonished that the parents of a shooting victim are getting the subpoena harassment treatment. I don’t think he has any experience with criminal law or civil personal injury lawsuits and was checking with the judge to see if this was all for real or was it just harassment.

It would be hard to find a statement on the internet as jaw droppingly outrageous than this one. This statement tries to twist fiction to fact so hard it’s almost self braiding.

Just about every single person who has become familiar with the case whether it be from here, YouTube or 48 Hours has seen and noted the extreme actions by LK and her allies and many have strongly condemned it in comments on multiple social media sites.

This comment in its scope is so blind to the facts and so deaf to reality than even Helen Keller would be “WTF?!”

Ignoring facts? You mean calling Walthers a Ruger and continuing on even when the post in question is presented?

She nearly died eggbutt. Her parents had to sit in the ICU and wonder if she was going to make it.

You’d think… But since you brought it up, what did her father and boyfriend do the next morning, instead of sitting vigil by her induced coma body?

Checked on her horses from what MHG reported on a 911 call. Other than that, I don’t know. I’ve heard the imaginary speculation, nothing factual.

Yes I believe he was an ex of LK. And you’re right on the rest. All of which will be revealed in the civil trial - and more!!

I predict LK will find the filing of this case to be a big miscalculation.

Of all the complete lack of self awareness, double standard, deliberately obtuse nonsense that has been spewed, this honestly takes the cake. Just one single response to GJ was so foul, prurient, and cruel that LK wiped out all competition forever on the topic of anyone doing worse than she has on SM.

Anyone who can defend her at this point is as morally bankrupt and utterly cruel as she is.

Again, I will say, anyone willing to go beyond saying, ‘gun violence is never okay but nothing else about this person is defensible by anyone with common decency’ is themselves beyond redemption at this point.

I mean, in the beginning, prior to the trial and some other occurances I did give LK the benefit of the doubt re a few things, but once there was blatant proof, exposure, and consistent behaviors, that went out the window. I think most people would agree with that or feel the same.

I imagine even more will come out during the civil trial. We might here a few things about MB, but I imagine it’ll be far less. We all have skeletons in our closet, and I don’t expect perfection, but man, some people.

It is truly, truly absurd that Michael has received zero mental health treatment by professionals in over 3 years. He was evaluated only. He was deemed by AK personnel to not be a danger to himself or others, yet Taylor overruled their recommendation for some reason. Curious isn’t it? Anyway, hopefully once he finally arrives at Greystone he will begin receiving mental health treatment and can progress. Until then he is simply sitting, waiting and being punished. Keep in mind he has not received any mail because everyone expected him to be moved within a reasonable amount of time so are waiting for his new address. No one should dare imply this hasn’t been punitive.

As I said back when the GJ messages were posted, it takes a really sick person who is comfortable functioning WAAAAAY outside of societal and behavioural norms to come up with some of what she sent. The prurient interest in making sexual references while mocking someone for the death of their child was down right depraved.

I’ve never seen anything like that. It exposed how an unsound mind thinks in such a shocking and visceral way. I felt a bit sick just reading it TBH.

That whole thing still sticks out my mind. How anyone could defend being cruel to someone who had suffered such a tragedy as losing a young child is just beyond me.

It does make me feel good that the overwhelming majority of posters here and everywhere else seem to be positioned squarely in the corner of MB wishing him to move on in life to continuing prosperity and fame.

As much as this journey has cost, it also will give. I hold onto the thought that justice WILL be done and the comeuppance will go where it belongs.

We just have to experience the ups and downs of a civil case that promises to be so explosive as to be remembered for a long time. I have little doubt how it will resolve.

So when posts here attempt to derail, or appear as an opponent to logic or fairness, be rest assured it will come to balance in the end. It is inevitable.
