Depraved is the only term I can think of to describe it. I do not want to know anyone who is even capable of going there in response to anything at all, let alone champion and defend them.

Just having that imagery and language to call up and use is a chilling tell about that person.

We do know this because if he did the judge would not need to disclose the communication to the litigant parties as he did.

There would be no reason to do so if they had already been copied as they would have been aware of the contents of the ex parte communication.

The judge sending it to them 100% communicates that they were not otherwise of means to be aware of it.

I could see a pro se litigant doing that once, but a purportedly experienced attorney? It’s just mind boggling, really. And sorry, but having that response by Silver describing it like he did, that would be a humiliating thing to read for most legal professionals.

MB was sent to Anne Klein for evaluation only, not treatment. He was referred to Greystone for treatment which, for obvious reasons, has yet to begin.

It does make me feel good that the overwhelming majority of posters here and everywhere else seem to be positioned squarely in the corner of MB wishing him to move on in life to continuing prosperity and fame.

It’s not even that I’m in MB’s corner, personally. I do wish him the best and that he can move on and live his best life. I am just on the side of not being evil, being held accountable for your actions/being a bad person. If that happens to put me in his corner, then so be it. I think I was told that I’m in the mob now, IIRC. I also don’t think that MB is a faultless human being by any means, and I’m not a “fan” but can also understand how he got to the point that he did, if that makes sense.

Not saying that I support shooting anyone (if he did) or that I’m in the same mindset, it’s just that you feel for the guy on some human level because he was so frustrated and felt so helpless when dealing with these people. Having dealt with people of similar character, I can tell you it takes a toll!

Regardless of what he did or didn’t do, I do hope that he can get the help that he needs and move on. I think that’s a possibility for sure.

Yea, I don’t get it. LK’s reputation has been totally ruined in light of the criminal trial. I honestly did not know how the public would respond but it is severely in opposition of LK. I think she should have taken the settlement proposed to her instead of proceeding forward with this civil trial where she will not have victim’s rights and MB’s lawyers will be able to essentially badger her on the stand. Combine that with the scope of evidence allowed in the civil trial and I somehow think LK will make herself look even worse which is quite an accomplishment considering.

I think it’s going to be very similar to the Depp/Heard trial where both are awarded some sort of amount but at the cost of her reputation further, much like Heard. I’d say LK would be out legal fees but I highly doubt she is footing that bill. Imagine being that comfortable with draining your family’s wealth dry.

But I don’t think everyone realizes what sort of negative impact this can have on LKs case. It’s not that the judge will punished her-though JK could get fined-but when a party acts stupid, or ignores the rules, the weight given their evidence is reduced.

I just saw that today in court myself. Attorney made some mistakes that didn’t go to the evidence, but were insulting to the witness. It was probably inadvertant, but was a sign the lawyer wasn’t paying attention. It hurt him later when he was trying to impeach that same witness. Judge was not having any of it.

So how do you think the judge feels about JK’s email? I’m genuinely curious.

I’m also imagining that the email was not pleasant since a legal doc described JK’s attacking at least CD. IM always came to the forums in a rage. I can imagine similar. Wouldn’t this make the email even more egregious?

I completely understand not positioning him as if he’s perfect. It was never about being his fan for me. I never knew anything about him to be either a fan nor a hater.

But as I posted here and the real culprit showed their ugly face and malintent it became clear as to what actually happened.

Nobody wants him released without treatment. Everyone wants him to receive the treatment which he should have been receiving for the past three years.

It is truly, truly absurd that Michael has received zero mental health treatment by professionals in over 3 years. He was evaluated only. He was deemed by AK personnel to not be a danger to himself or others, yet Taylor overruled their recommendation for some reason. Curious isn’t it? Anyway, hopefully once he finally arrives at Greystone he will begin receiving mental health treatment and can progress. Until then he is simply sitting, waiting and being punished. Keep in mind he has not received any mail because everyone expected him to be moved within a reasonable amount of time so are waiting for his new address. No one should dare imply this hasn’t been punitive.

I worry that anyone in his position could start to decompensate with all the delays and no treatment.

Why send someone who is willing to do treatment and has the support of his mental health professionals to do outpatient treatment or some other program to Greystone?

It seems obivious between the backlog and wait times and news articles about Greystone that they are not equipped to serve all the mental health needs of those who require it.

I understand cya senarios, but if the health pros suggest another option, why not use it. It doesn’t make sense.

As I said back when the GJ messages were posted, it takes a really sick person who is comfortable functioning WAAAAAY outside of societal and behavioural norms to come up with some of what she sent. The prurient interest in making sexual references while mocking someone for the death of their child was down right depraved.

I’ve never seen anything like that. It exposed how an unsound mind thinks in such a shocking and visceral way. I felt a bit sick just reading it TBH.

I agree, it was shocking. The pervertedness of it was disturbing and not something that I could ever verbally contrive. I think losing a child is about the worst thing that could happen to a person, and to incorporate that with perversion is a clinical level lack of empathy. A lack of empathy on a disturbing, knee jerking level. Really makes me pause.

This. At the outset of this tragedy I was firmly in the camp of “you can’t just shoot people,” even if they are a complete nightmare and making your life total hell. Initially it seemed black and white that MB had some kind of mental breakdown and shot an innocent client.

The more information became available, and the more LK and her family members posted here and on other social media channels, the more I realized how much abuse MB has suffered at the hands of the Kanereks and their crew, and just how little evidence there was to support LK / RG’s version of events.

I still firmly believe that you just can’t shoot people to resolve a dispute. However I no longer believe that LK was an “innocent” client and I don’t see any convincing proof that MB is the one who shot her, or even that he is the one who brought the gun to the house that day.

And her despicable attacks on GJ went on for an extended period of time. Imagine the sick mind that did that. Imagine the family laughing about it. It sure makes it much easier to believe all she did to Michael. Hopefully the civil jury will hear the GJ messages and can make their own minds up about the actions of this predator.

KK and JK spent a night not knowing whether their child would live or die. Do you think it’s less traumatic if it’s an adult child?
