MB CIVIL SUIT UPDATE #10 K’s Request to Adjourn (delay) DENIED 11/01/22

Ha, I just postulated the same thing. (Hadn’t seen your post yet…)

Who would this “someone” who is “warning” the judge be in your scenario? JK? A member of the Jewish NJ Mafia?

I think such a scenario is utter fantasy, which goes nicely with other fantasies such as MB acted in self defense when he shot LK.

Sadly, no:

But, thanks to @LiberalSnowflake for posting a screenshot!

I recalled that on Greystone’s website they have a family handbook.

Handbook: https://www.nj.gov/health/integratedhealth/documents/hospitals/NJ_StatePsychiatricHospitalHandbook.rev.11.2018.pdf
Greystone Website: https://www.nj.gov/health/integratedhealth/hospitals/greystone/

In case anyone knows Lara and wants to pass it along.

So, according to the GFM, the administrative committee charged with providing a recommendation did not submit their report, but submitted a single footnote from the report? The footnote but not the sentence that it was qualifying?

The administrative team, who never met with MB, was not charged with providing a report. The evaluation team, starting with the psychiatrist that testified, per NJ’s rules that it must come from a psychiatrist, was. The admin footnote was a footnote to that report. Per the GFM update.

Might be too many big words…

Jewish NJ Mafia? Now why on earth would you suggest that?

As for the rest, since you believe all sorts of weirdness, what you happen to believe is of little concern to me.

But do know that the upcoming jury is going to believe as I do about the shooting.

When you live in Ohio, like me, there are no “good Italian restautrants”. There are some Italian ones, but I wouldn’t call the food good. There is no pizza here. They don’t know what pizza is. And nobody has a hundred year old coal fired oven, like back home for me is New Haven ct. That’s pizza. Looking for something that will ship to me is vital.

Can you imagine laying in bed at night and being forced to realize that you drove someone (someone who had their shit together, someone who could handle a 1500lb wild animal) to the brink of insanity? Caused them so much fear that they felt they had to arm themself (maybe/maybe not) on their own property to protect themself from you? Caused them to (maybe/ maybe not) to shoot you to make it all stop?

How would it make you feel about yourself, when you’re alone with your own thoughts? These are the things I wonder.

And for the record I’m well aware of how HH and CH feel, so no need to chime in with that again. The whole he had money/marital/depression (who doesn’t?) problems.

You have no idea!

You’d actually have to have a heart and soul for all those things to matter to you. Both are missing in this lunatic of a predator.

There has to be something in there. I refuse to believe (naively so) there are people lacking even the “simplest” decency walking around among us. Life is too scary to belive otherwise.

Edit to correct natively to naively. :woman_facepalming:

LO also posted a link to the civil case filings in the GoFundMe update. I thought that was interesting. More MB supporters will get to see the absolute clown-car antics of Nagel, JK, et al. If they can navigate the tractors and stoplights.

From what I’ve been told they’ve never met in person.

So this goes back to people asking me why the judge ordered a 6 month time before a review. There is such a 6 month time. There is a Conditional Extension Pending Placement (CEPP) explained in VI.C. Page 32.

It’s for when a committee no longer meets the requirement for involuntary commitment but a suitable place for them to go has not been found and the level of custodial care needed has not been determined.

This would fit with the state vs Fields guidance about not releasing someone into society without the step down program/working the levels to avoid revision even if it is recommended

I believe Judge Taylor is a good and fair judge and acting appropriately. It appears he is following the laws and guidelines for this situation.

I think arguments are over mistaken understandings of the situation.

The judge is supposed to determine this based on the testimony of the experts at the hearing. Not based on his own gut feeling, or assumptions, or what anyone else said.

Whether or not he was still delusional isn’t relevant since the experts who said he was delusional also testified he did not pose a danger to himself or others.

You can keep claiming Taylor had the right to make up his own determination willy nilly and you keep being wrong, no matter how many times it is explained to you.

You told me to “consider” that “someone” contacted the judge and “warned” him that things would go better for him if Barisone was not released following the Krol hearing.

Who did you have in mind as the “someone” who would do this, ie threaten a judge?

I can only guess as to what LK felt.

But I can say with absolute certainty that for the garden variety malignant narcissist (for instance) the ability to so profoundly alter the course of someone’s life for daring to not bend to the narcissists will, to make them suffer and be able to degrade them publicly feels GREAT.

The malignant narcissist would feel powerful. They would feel smarter than everyone else that they got away with it. And in watching allies perform as both their minions and private army they would feel totally in control. Omnipotent. In fact the more people spinning their wheels, the better.

I could tell you why if you want, having studied this kind of being.
