Ya know what. It is impressive, actually. I do not agree with their side but it is darn impressive that there are people who are so willing to go out on a limb for someone who thinks it is OK to lie to CPS about child abuse and all that.

Tell me more information about the time that RG made a motion of firing a gun at MB? When did that happen and how do we know about it? Did MB tell someone about it or was there a witness other that MB that talked about it?

I’m not positive, but I think it was when LK was freaking out about signing a waver and MB called the cops, again. I don’t remember about any witnesses to that.

Objection! Calling out each other for personal character because we have different points of view is inflammatory, judgmental, argumentative, and it makes the thread about each other instead of the trial.

It’s also a logical fallacy to say that since one disagrees with another that the other must be whatever name calling one inserts.

If Michael was and is unable to recall what happened, what is the basis for his pleading self defense?

Off the top of my head I would say loading a gun with only 2 bullets is a huge indication of intent being one of bringing the gun just in case. Were I going to kill 2 people I would have certainly loaded the full clip.

OK. But that scenario seems to admit that he loaded the gun and brought the gun to the farmhouse. He also brought a full clip of ammo in his pocket.

The civil case is a person injury case. She was injured by having been shot twice in the chest by bullets fired from a gun you’re now admitting he loaded and brought to the scene.

How does that excuse him liability for her injuries?

Then we have the alleged timeline where in LKs version, she beat a man for 7 minutes in the head, she twirled, she looked at multiple phones all after being shot twice at point blank range center mass, flatlining twice later.

We don’t even see The Arnold doing that in a movie.

But she also thought she had gone in a helicopter to the hospital. With being shot twice at point blank center mass(something we do know happened) perhaps she was in shock, she lost a lot of blood and could have be a bit delusional afterwards . I would not put much weight into those comments as far as evidence she was lying about what happen before she was shot or who shot her if brought up at the civil trial.

That’s the exact point. Her version was nonsensical and unbelievable as well as her being impeached which is why he was never going to be declared guilty.

And the civil jury, when shown ALL THE EVIDENCE will not assess culpability to MB for the shooting either.

How can I admit anything? I wasn’t there and I didn’t do it.

The scenario of the 2 bullets I gave was in - now pay attention to this part - RESPONSE to the allegation that he brought a gun with intent to murder. It’s saying “Well if what you say is true and MB did bring the gun to the scene, why did he then only load a magazine with 2 bullets instead if a full one,”

The only reason he was not “declared guilty” tor having shot LK is because the defense successfully established that he was insane when he shot her.

I’ll type slowly for you. It’s his private property, he can have as many guns as he wants on it. He went to the farmhouse fully expecting it to be unoccupied as no one bothered to notify him the grifters got a Special Dispensation to stay- cause, you know, they told the FM they fixed the problem so it was all good. It’s his house. He can check it when he needs to. After he arrived, the only version of events we have is that spun by two lying drug addicts.
