Tell me more information about the time that RG made a motion of firing a gun at MB? When did that happen and how do we know about it? Did MB tell someone about it or was there a witness other that MB that talked about it?

I thought it was when MB told the farrier not to shoe LK’s horses. If I remember correctly, it was done behind the farrier’s back.

If I didn’t remember correctly, I plead “but, my 68 year old brain.”

Speaking as a layman with only two university classes in Psych. If those in the Psych field could clarify my probably incorrect understanding, it would be much appreciated.

I think what you’re describing is a sociopath of which there are many walking amongst us. I know LK has been diagnosed with some type of NPD and not sociopathy, but am I mistaken in thinking that the lack of empathy in a sociopath is so similar to a narcissist who thinks only of themselves, thus having no empathy for others?

I still argue that sociopaths are made (for example, in order to do surgery you have to disassociate a bit in order to cut into someone and also not panic when something goes wrong) while a psychopath is born (empathy is non-existent).

Robert Hare, Ph.D. had a long career studying criminals and developed a respected AND controversial test. Everything can be improved and the same is true of the PCL. It has biases, which shouldn’t surprise anyone but often does so.

I also don’t see RG and LK taking their tyrant of a dog in public so it seems a good possibility the dog was. I would personally carry a firearm if there was an aggressive dog that may attack me so it’s extremely plausible he carried for the same reason in my mind. 2 shots for protection for a dog makes a lot of sense in my mind.

And hadn’t RC been bitten by that dog just a day or two before the shooting incident?

But those can be checked out against what the employer filed with the state and feds - correct? And even if someone is self-employed, the bank statements have to match up. No point in claiming you paid yourself $XXXX/weekly if there is no record of it anywhere.

This is why restaurants and car washes are audited so frequently. A lot of cash running through them and they look for money laundering.

Here is one thing I really cannot square: LK claims she feared harm to her horses (and I think she already claimed over feeding and some other issues). She used this ‘fear’ as part of her justification for not leaving the farmhouse until she could find the absolute mostest perfect new place for the horses.

Then, the day after the shooting, JK and RG come to the farm loaded for bear and do…whatever…and then abandon those horses completely to the care of the same people they not only feared would harm the horses but also the same people they would then sue (RC) or state publicly they wished were in prison (MHG), both of whom they claim were part of the recorded murder plot, or they claimed publicly were incompetent drunks (JH).

That makes zero sense whatsoever. They must have been lying about having any fear for their horses. And they must have been lying that concern for the horses was why they came round the next day. And no one need bother with some ‘LK was flatlining and they feared for her life so they just gave up on the horse situation and hoped for the best’ excuse/justification. That is part of how you honour and care for that person especially while other family is bedside and you don’t have a job or children or any other pressing draws on your time.

When a loved one has animals they care about more than anything else in the world, you take care of them without fail or delay, even while the person is actually dying. Ask a whole bunch of us how we know.

And we know there were several people who had offered to help move the horses when Lauren Kanarek started to post her lies on Facebook, so leaving them there in the care of the people that they are now claiming were willing to put the horses in danger falls even more flat.

I mean, Robert Guy Goodwin/Jim E Starks was out and about in the middle of the night getting tickets so he had plenty of time away from his beloved to make arrangements to get the horses moved to another place where no one associated with Michael Barisone could take care of them. Aren’t people here saying RG could not see Lauren in the ICU because he was not family, as a reason why it is OK that he was out in a seedy neighborhood in the middle of the night getting tickets? So there is no reason for him to not be out there taking care of the horses and finding them a place to go.

Yes, and then couple that with RG’s late night roaming two and three days after the shooting. I wonder if Mom & Dad were aware of his two encounters with the police? The Norman Rockwell loving family attributes seem to be missing in this group of people. Predators.

So far “The Bank”, aka Jonathan Kanarek per Lauren’s testimony, has not been overly responsive to the subpoena that is already out there. Do you think “The Bank” will respond to something asking about finances?
